Apparently the four entities that were to be struck off in the Cayman's have not been.
I'm not going to be able to sign back on here today but wanted to share this massively reassuring news before I went.

Puddy: if they look after themselves then morally we would be looked after too as we are shareholders like them. Zaza said he was reorganising and did that seemingly in response to pressure from us, which is a positive.
We have no option but to do an Arsenal :)

Bigun: our shares are in Frontera Resources Corporation. That is one of the four being struck off.
Also, Zaza confirmed as much.

Looed: you have been quiet recently. I asked a few days ago whether you were still in contact with your man on the inside; and someone else (EkXoc maybe?) asked the same question yesterday. I appreciate that it may be painful for you to type but if you could even provide us with a brief update as to whether it is ongoing and whether there's any news, good or bad, that would be really appreciated. I'm sure many, like me, are distraught with worry.

Looed: so your contact is still communicating with you? Last time you mentioned him, I thought you said you hadn't heard anything for a couple of weeks and so didn't know if the line of communication was still open.

CHL was very reliant on a combination of the Board's testimony and an international "independent" arbitration tribunal which produced, what seemed, an unjust outcome.
What's different here is that the independent international tribunal seems to have come to the appropriate conclusion based on the evidence, yet Zaza has managed to bring pressure to bear to override that. We await confirmation of that, coupled with confirmation that he has taken us with him.

Just hoping that this one does a Lazarus; that's all I've got left.
It's so frustrating that all of us who invested here did so on the "facts" we were given, which, given the Nomad, we assumed were true. Now we know that we weren't being given the whole picture and the Nomad hadn't done the job he was paid to do.
Whether anything comes of it now rests in the hands of a combination of whether Zaza and Steve are honourable men and whether the GG wants to turn West or East.

Bomber/Bezzy: the only other share I have invested in was CHL and that basically went bust and the board here stayed up for years with about two or three posts a month so I am confident LSE won't take it down whilst folks are posting and, in so doing, being aware of their product.

Tsbs: one of the companies being struck off is Frontera Resources Corporation which is the Company we all have our shares in.

quaskimodo: correct: our shares are worth the same as Steve and Zaza's huge holdings. But the Company we (and they) hold shares in is being struck off a week tomorrow, so at that point our shares will cease to exist.
We are clinging to the hope that they do the right thing and give us corresponding shareholdings in the entity that ends up with the asset we invested in.

Aurora: if Outrider are getting shares, as has been hinted at, then we can't have the same percentage, unless you're suggesting that only Zaza and Steve's holdings will be diluted ... which won't be the case I am sure!

Looed: I think this was posted, when it was published, on the 15th.
Given we are now 6 days on and the 30 October deadline is looming, one would hope that something significant will happen soon.
In passing it has struck me as strange that if Zaza was removed as CEO to facilitate a deal with the GG, that he has now reappeared seemingly in charge in Georgia. Has anyone got a plausible explanation for this? One would be that his removal as CEO had nothing to do with negotiating with the GG, in which case, the question then arises as to why he was removed as CEO, especially given he is still seemingly in charge in Georgia?
