Dear Immers, it has come to my attention that some of you ( actually quite a lot of you ) have come to the end of your tether with 1-2-nanny, and have resorted to actually explaining nicely to him how you feel.

Whilst honesty’s appreciated I am concerned that he may take these honest posts personally, and become hermit like !!

I only have my alter ego’s interest at heart and the reverend has asked all good posters to show tolerance, as most of his sermons are based upon the equally laughable statements continuously posted by 1-2-nanny.

All - I have just had an update on my search engine in relation to latest SCGL news / inferences as follows :

2026.01.12 - A post industry announcement was classified as inside information under MAR — meaning it is considered materially price‑sensitive.

It does not reference the source / authority / body that has released this, so I cannot identify journal etc.

I then conducted an Ai sweep in relation to this and confined it to the Asian financial markets and press etc. This is the most interesting part of the search :

High‑probability upcoming catalysts

• SEA‑VOO AI ASIA platform prototype or MVP reveal

• First Asian brand partnerships or onboarding announcements

• Additional capital injections tied to Asia expansion

• Regulatory filings related to new subsidiaries or licences in Asia

• Technology roadmap updates from Vacuumlabs

These would all be materially price‑sensitive.

I have entered an alert for any regulatory filings in relation to all parties concerned - we wait and see i guess.
