JenniferE - you have a point but they are getting shares and so will be even larger shareholders. They may of course sell but I am sure they will be required not to sell any for a time, as part of the terms. You might be better to comment on the terms of the deal in due course if necessary.

Looks positive and apparently maintains REIT status.
