I have been here since almost first day of issue and bought more as the SP has fallen and the yield risen!

The Board are clearly unhappy with this state of affairs and are casting around for a solution. They are hugely experienced and I am content to see what they finally decide.

Sidara takes them off the market cheaply meaning they have the ability to offer us hoary olduns a higher price to sweep up the remainder and still be quids in!!

Moving up and nice to see. There is a bit more movement towards new issues on AIM. Hopefully one or more will be a FIPP investment!

New information? the allegations are very old news, so I think not. As far as I am aware,the case has been kicking around for well over 18 months. No-one likes court cases against quoted cos. But remember this co has a third of its value in CASH. I don't think it can fall much more but when the sae is heard in open court, the newspapers will not exactly be cheering for Sara! I am gritting my teeth and aim to see it through, but I might be in the minority!

I strongly suspect that Counsel's Advice was that at this stage in the court proceedings it is the prudent step to suspend Sara from her post pending the outcome. Depending thereon and whether the case is taken to Appeal, it could be some while.

Leerink value this at $46 per share. This is multiples above its current SP. Yet no big boys have bid for it! Doesn't add up.

...all wrong, getting in at 526! Fortunately, had more cash and so bought more lower down. These are now stupidly oversold. They are making prudent write-offs but still buying back own shares at these depressed levels and will definitely not go out of business now the world is a more dangerous place. They are in exactly the right business and I confidently expect a recovery in SP, albeit not sudden.

I am glad for you but my view is that at anything under a tenner these are cheap as chips. Having said that I realize that we all have different perspectives. I also have been selling down some of my safe winners because in this fickle market, I think I can invest in better opportunities. Best of luck denby69!

...and on that basis these are well overpriced! But - and it is a big BUT- their largest asset by far is not in the 'fundamentals' and that is their reputation, part of their intellectual property which is almost impossible to value but in times like these is beyond price. In plain English, a trifle dangerous but so is the prospect of WW3!!! Can I afford to exclude it from the portfolio? Certainly not.
