This may well be accompanied by winding up applications against the various offshore companies involved. Top Counsel's written Advice has, no doubt, already been taken. It might be worth considering a Change of Name for Big Technologies too!

I would like to believe what you have written, Icecool, but it is clear that the rot has been there for some time and Wood's finances cannot be believed. it will take time and unbiased Chartered Accountants to pore over this before the true indebtedness is exposed. Sidara have possibly already done the sums and the fact that they are still buying shares gives some comfort. Hopefully no 'widows and orphans' have invested here recently!

I suspect it will be in dribs and drabs but I am too far in here to think of moving before the better news arrives - like most LTHs.

So long as there is SOME positive news and not too much bad, I will be content for now. If it is ALL jam tomorrow (worse: no jam at all) the SP will slip towards zero. There is no excuse for no income from the diamonds - although probably not yet profitable.

Likewise from the mineral sand. Any cash from our Chinese mob would be a big bonus as would the Perdivlei licence. Real risk of hyping up the news to ready us for a Placing - hope not!

Having watched these fall like a brick a few years back and lost big, I bought heavy when I noticed a year or so ago that there was a glimmer of hope. Now just about cutting even this time round and if this becomes a mining reality, I will do OK.

Need I say more? FIPP's SP has been depressed because of no share new issues for an age. This has not changed BUT the ball park has. There is now potential for a main board listing for the new Camgraphic co within a fairly short time and it franks FIPP's potential. I'm hanging on!
