Can easily see now why the SP is where it is. If this goes to court, it will probably be after I am dead and buried! We are instructing TWO KCs and a Junior, well justified by the complexities. I would be surprised if Madam is still residing in UK. I am now convinced that there will eventually be a settlement because, if for no other reason, it is likely to take weeks of court time and probably be appealed in any event! I would recommend the present Board to consider a new name for the company NOW rather than await the outcome.

MissAnglesey- I am a hoary old stock market investor and read your cry with much sympathy. My own opinion is that we will all do rather well here if we just stay cool. A new Board is what we need and, hopefully, we shall get one soon. The deficiencies in previous years which is now apparent, should be capable of remedy in good time once Deloittes Report is out but it might be sensible to have some cash available if we are offered a Rights Issue. Of course I may be wrong but I am firmly of the view that Sidara will be swatted away because this company is worth far more than 35p per share. Enjoy your summer!

.....they have not let us know of any imminent IPO in our p/f, it might be worth the Board's while considering alternative ways of proceeding, such as selling off suitable assets for cosh or even deciding on a slow wind-up. With all the apparent progress most have made, surely that would improve this performance! If any of our p/f cos are actually definitely listing shortly (and our UK market is doing OK now), then let's know about it please.

With all these huge risks and legal fees, Sara will be advised to offer to settle and if not accepted, to make a payment into court. Our KC will, no doubt, advise that if the price is right and all costs are paid, we should not insist on our weeks in court. As a retired solicitor my gut feeling is not less than £150M might be a figure we might find agreeable but we shall see. I just hope everyone else in the co has been whiter than white!

Making decent profit over short hold but in no rush to sell. They are investing in their nearby potential gold mine and have a third nearby. Safe decent dividend and gold safer than pretty much anything these days. Glad I risked owning 1000. There has also been gossip of a share split because the actual shares available on market is tiny.
