For what it's worth, my Fidelity platform has a 'fair value' price on them at slightly above £2.50 and they are not known for being over generous. so still we hold and hope!

Because we are in the cybersecurity etc business and this has hit the news (M&S etc) I am wondering whether the co has gathered some significant new enquiries as the result. Perfectly happy though and maybe we will see an RNS soon to explain.

...that if Hebei do not make a decent offer to settle, then Dennis will go for public auction with a decent bidding time and a reserve. This would satisfy the requirement to obtain best value before taking any other enforcement for the balance against Hebei ( if it hasn't already gone into liquidation). ...letting the market have a crack at buying some of mine....at an optimistic limit sell figure!

Enforcing the order is likely to be a long and painful headache though.
