I believe you are correct but without doing the sums cannot say whether that will immediately enhance our SP.

I've been here forever as well but I was fortunate enough to catch the spurt and now hold free of charge. Nevertheless I want to live to see P140 turning money over. This RNS is frustrating because I it stops short of telling us anything which can be easily and speedily converted to cash. I also believe more another Placing may be needed to keep the lights on. Just relieved I have reinvested what I sold from IMM with a degree of success.

Yep, that's me! I have losta packet twice on these and now bought in again! I am doing well with the ol' portfolio right now so hoping my luck will change here too.

Hi again Silverblade. I make that over £60,000,000 spent by the Trust on their own shares and not yet reflected in the SP. They know what they are doing and when the market realizes I expect a rather sharp upward correction. In the meantime there are that many less shares to service with dividends, which means they are likely to increase per share, which is fine by me. Now one of my largest (and safest) investments! I suspect that Jim might be thinking of eventually bidding low for the whole outfit just for the quote and reversing one of his private cos into this because once our assets are ditched, its a cheap and convenient way for Jim to float. That is now the only reason I hold and it is a faint hope I know!

...looked and the story looks OK but they need to issue a load more paper to get anywhere involving massive dilution. Miight just end up in the Watch list but no better!

Perhaps you missed the post here of the Approval Notice for Perdevlei a few days ago? Can't begrudge Dennis for taking up his options but a bit naughty doing it before he releases the Perdevlei Approval RNS!

If, like me, you are betting on further interest, then just put whatever you have gambled to the back of your mind and don't worry. I reckoned this could be up to 6 months but it might even be longer. You should have gambled no more than what you can afford to lose so forget it for now. Worrying will not help.

You ask'and why not'. I too am a holder here and know the answer. Because the new issues market in UK has bee and still is, dead as the proverbial Dodo!

Lately my p/f is moving in the right direction so, this being still at 'gambling chip' price, I rounded my holding to 130,000.

I wonder whether our Tim has gone to law about the accusation which is at the heart of this. Won't want to RNS until he has to because markets hate legal disputes. Very frustrating for holders of this co and IMM!

...it may take more than Itim to save the retail shop !
