...spot on. cheap way to tuck a few more away. these cases are always popping up against pharmas in the states and elsewhere. very unlikely to do any harm in the medium term..

....wild overreaction. 1) unless settled this litigation will ge through appeals process if successful and rattle around for ages longer 2) we are not the primary defendant and should therefore have fairly low exposure anyway 3) all the other limitations already stated on this board.there is a decent case for risking more on both gsk and hal at these levels.

unhooked, but the market is often false. this is a small, tightly held outfit and will tend to move in exaggerated fashion.
instead of following the sellers, i should think seriously of targeting an average down purchase.

...think Mariola has to be trusted with this at this stage. she has been involved for a long time and has a huge amount to gain by completing this -8M options for a start, plus the likelihood of a bid from across the pond. i'm sticking around.

s&s did not take a final price on victory a while back, then the reason for the delay may be that with the increase in value of the asset, they kept their options open. we will just have to see when we are told, but in meantime, this sp is bargain basement.

...just maybe, this slow starter could end up a big winner. I have had faith and continued to build a holding here as the SP hit lows. It is now one of my largest holdings and seems to gradually be getting established in its important field. I am optimistic. Please though, don't take my word for it and DYOR.

..but not expecting much. Look at the accounts and the most valuable (and never revalued) asset is the IP. Unless this makes enough to pay off The Vulpes loan, it can only end up as a bid stock. What is the IP worth and to whom? Well it should pay off Vulpes and there might just be something for us, depending upon whether there is more than one bidder and whether they live over the Pond. Meanwhile we live in hope!
