I read the article but remember, nothing is quite what it seems, particularly over the Pond. Sure the company is working in a field with long quiet times before, hopefully, they are involved in another revolutionary discovery which prpoels them ahead for years but when you look at how the SP sits in comparison to other majors right now, my view is that it is not dissimilar. Interim figures due next month.

Hi Pursestrings. Got to be careful now because higher interst rates are not likely to benefit stocks like this, which give safe but not spectacular divis. I am just staying put and expect the SP to fall so making the yield more attractive to buyers. I might THEN sell something else to go heavy on these!

That quote is from the Eastern Daily Press. But on TV New it highlights whole coast up to & including Yorkshire. This could be very helpful to RBD. Also bear in mind that we are now not illiquid and might well bid for more blocks. Like many others I am well down on this investment but hopefully things could improve substantially. DYOR though!

A lot of buys today recorded as sells. Gritting my teeth at these prices but think we must be near to end of merger with Shaftsbury and a few smart buyers realise that the merged outfit can only fail long-term if Central London turns into Mogadishu!!!
