Not surprised by thr reference. Neither should either company be! hopefully they will have the strongest possible case already prepared and approved. They have had long enough.

I hold less of these but in a large and varied portfolio, currently about 4% down but with a few specs held for many years which might just be coming good. Just hope we both live long enough to enjoy a few profits!

Present NAV is £M9.04. We are receiving $13M for Tant Valley, which leaves all our other apparently profitable operations in the price for diddly squat! Further, when we do receive the cash for Tant Valley, we will be for the first time in ages relatively cash rich. At this SP these have to be a Xmas present.

I too think that a capital consolidation is on the cards soon and will be easier for them to pay divis, This BoD seems to have brought KZG to life so prepared to stick around and hope for more good things to come.

....as a cash cow which is why its sp has fallen and as interest rates continue to rise, the sp will continue to drift, This gives no credit to its stability so at some point it will appear cheap, Matter of timing!

...with all the medical progress being made elsewhere of late, that we will hear on or before the Feb update that this little outfit have solved the single cell proteomics conundrum. Even better if they have manged to protect the method by woeldwde patents!

Fairly certain in my mind that this discounted Placing is likely to have been an informal part of the original deal with our new Aussie investor. Just put yourself in his place and you will see what I mean. And that is why far from upsetting me, I am encouraged.

Slight price weakness when in fact this amo9unts to a further vote of confidence for this project, so bought a lot more. The spred did not seem to be too bad for two grands worth! Actuqally reduced my average to point where my holding is notionally profitable but this is a happening prospect and mad to sell for at least 18 months.
