As a retired litigation solicitor I can be confident that the co has taken QC's advice and are extremely unlikely to lose their appeal. At a time when, sadly, many businesses will go bankrupt, I am sitting tight here. Will show its true value quite soon.

These are just going with the market and my attitude is if you don't need the money, hold everything. if you do need the money, then perhaps you shouldn't invest in shares at all. They go up and down, didn't you know? Well now you do!

On the other hand the CPR could hardly be rated as negative and no-one has commented yet on our other gamble RNS'd yesterday. The terrible twins thought it worth yet more dilution of our share capital. My view is ignore the mumbling herd and rotten SP if you are willing to gamble, like me. Just accept that it is still just a high risk gamble.

Same again! A mouldy buy of under 30,000 sends us up nearly 10%. I do hope someone reckons Mariola's merry scientists have actually patented a method of isolating a single .proteome. That would add at least 100 million to our valuation - in my (rather ignorant) opinion.
