All over the TV news tonight that UKOG's Surrey oil find has been granted go ahead and the locals are going to take court action as it is in a protected countryside location. IMO the locals will win which will make our Beverley site of West Newton much more likely to go through in due course.

It is good news like this (and there could be others to come) which makes holding both Haleon and GSK for at least 6-12 months a no-brainer.

You might be entirely right, A&K, but it may also be that the writers want to steer clear of controversy and just state the facts in the most uncontroversial way, as they are required to do in a Prospectus. Timje will tell. I would not be surprised at all if one or even both aqre on the end of a bi8d within 12 months because they have put in the public domain exactly what they have got, so it makes it easy foe one or more bi8dders to do a bit of due diligence.

Today's RNS is very positive imo, because it shows that GSK are 'business as usual' in spite of the share spllt, just as one would hope. I am staying put in spite of the dividend reduction. I reckon there's more to gain by keeping both company's shares.

is of course a Buy although shown here as a Sell. Nice to see the occasional bottom fishing here.
