Shocked that they lost the appeal but maybe it will be a salutary lesson. It upped the loss on the case by a sizeable amount and I am sure that will be borne in mind when the next dubious court decision occurs. The rest is good stuff and this half will be a loss solely due to the failed appeal.

With this shilly market the only buyers will be the Directors and possibly a few shrewd Directors. We are at a growing discount to asset value I'm afraid. At least with a large SP I can console myself that this stock is largely out of stock market investing!

Look at the value of capital now and the property value. If you subtract the debt carried from the property value, this seems rather cheap.

..said nothing bad.It's just that it was brief, no firm dates so nothing new. But I suppose we have no reason to complain. one day soon we will hear something positive and the SP will gap up (before the next raise!) I will settle for that for now.

...they need cash so a raise is on the cards, but no-one will pay up unless and until the RNS with FACTUAL info (not expectations} regarding lupuzor. That will have to be cleared first with Avion and I should think they will at least have to take up their allocation if not underwrite the issue. In the meantime let us hope thet have enough shillings for the meter!!
