Yes Smoke That 100,000 trade plus a few other big trades at or around the 290p mark happened a day or two after the final results rns. The price didn't stay there for long though it drifted down to 230s within a few weeks. I first got in at 242p then sold later at 265p I was very lucky really because within a few days of me selling the ii to ii trade was announced, knocking the share for six. I've no specific target price in mind before I decide my next move on here, I'm happy to take my £300 divi. at year end and see where we are. D.

Good evening guys Welcome on board Smokey17 Yes I've noticed these largish trades after closing time on here Steelo, it's not uncommon. They are predominately buys but occasionally sells. They are usually the largest transactions of the day. They are invariably at a premium to the closing price. I would really like to know why they are so common on here !!! Well Smoke I hope this one's a bit faster tempo than our other shared investment (biff) it's definitely paint drying time over there !!!! D.

Director buys 36,903 shares, GOOD NEWS Yep you've guessed correctly price goes down. Now if she'd only buy another 36,903,000 we might see a slight rise. Just a wee bad joke. But the point is relative. D.

Been watching and also invested here for around three months, you are correct in all your observations below. I also cannot find any negative comment on this company. The share price had just climbed, well more accuratelly crawled to £2.70p when the ii 26mill. share transfer was announced at the then discounted price of £2.40p. Well that appears to be for I can find no other reason for the floor collapsing. I was mostly in and out here for the yield and am in this time for a fair chunk at £2.23p. So am not that worried about current share price, maybe I should be. Don't think there will be long to wait to see which way it goes !!!!!! D.

Cs. Things a bit quite here right enough, only 15mill. shares in total traded since day one so no massive accumulating or dumping going on. Supose we'll get the dreaded drip down till we get some news or rumour !!! Read somewhere goco going to expand the business abroad, apparently comparison sites are not as well developed or extensively used outside the UK. D.

Good morning all Came across this company today. I was pleased to find a fair amount of chatter on the board. Trying to build up a balanced share portfolio with some of my pension lump sum. This is not a sector I've looked at before but on studying this small company over the weekend I am reasonably happy that REDSTONECONNECT is going in the right direction. Don't like the wide spread mind you so will wait for that to narrow before investing. Is the spread normally this wide ????? D.

Half year results out 30th. Nov. According to prospectus company will allocate 35% of underlying profit to dividend payout. Should give us an idea what yield is likely to be and whether biffa is a potential LTH. Unfortunately first potential dividend payment not due until July 1917. D.

Can't see how having Toscafund on "our side" can be a bad sign, let's hope Mr Hughes keeps accumulating. I've done a wee' bit of counting, this last tranche bought ( 5.1mill. ) can only have been acquired between 03/11/16. and 08/11/16. Four trading days. The total volume for these four days was (7.1 mill.) Meaning, on this shares approx. 60/40 buy to sells ratio they must have purchased just about every share available during the above trading days.. Think the man's in a hurry ??? D.

Because this is brand new to matket it will take time to settle down. If you look into all the stabilisation rns you will see millions of shares being taken up by the insitutional investors which don't show on the daily volumes. This was set up as part of the ipo to allow major investors to accumulate shares which would otherwise not have been available to them .11 million shares available. This procedure ends on 15th November after that date any major investor will have to buy in the normal way. Got into this in a relatively small way 2.5k and intend to hold for around a year to see what the divi yield is. D.

Lets see if anyone fancies either company. MM''s will have there fun initially but I assume if there is sustained buying in either company they will have to let the share price go. We will see. D.

One goco share allocated per one esur share. Judging by esure opening price around 190p that would make a goco share worth around 75p approx. Goco market value will be around 300mill which is roughly in line with what esure said on announcing the de merger. Who knows where will go from here " up I hope " Goco share should be in our account and able to trade later on in the day. D.

I see biffa has made its first acquisition since ipo. The company has a history of these small specialised waste management takeovers but I'm hoping with the new stream lined borrowing facility in place we might see some larger and more diversified acquisitions. Second largest company in our sector with no hope of ever being no1. but definitely scope for major growth. D.

Smokey. All the information you require can be gleaned from the ipo prospectus which can be downloaded from the company's own website. Apoligies if it appear's unhelpful that I haven't just given you answers to the questions in your last message it's only because the prospectus is a 249 page document which has definitely not been written with the layman in mind. I am not an accountant and would not wish to convey information to anyone which later turned out to be inaccurate. It would be interesting to see if the figures you take from the prospectus tie up with what I have. Good luck. D.

I read prospectus as carefully as I could albeit it was a 200+ page document and it definitely states bod and major investor are locked in. On Re - reading that part of the document I'm now thinking that both parties would only be locked in on the new shares granted under ipo. Whatever the hmrc bill is paid (72mill) and the debt and debt facility is now very much improved. D.

Don't think there should be a massive daily volume of shares flying around here, not short term anyway. Far as I can see the bod. and major inst. investor buyers are locked in for a year for bod. and six months for major investors. I'm looking to LTH anyway so not that bothered in the short term D.
