Today's rns just more positive news.
There's been nothing but positive news since the jda signing ceremony announcement.
Any kind of spike in the share price is immediately sold into so l assume we are still very much in the hands of the short term trading fraternity, not much anyone can do about that for the moment.
Although not a done deal yet I'm more confident than I've ever been that my nccl investment is a sound one, not long to go till l find out.

Holding now past 16%.

Interesting day's play, some sense of positivity here following on from the last rns.
Still some way to go mind you, be nice if some of the ii's started to accumulate a few instead of trading them.
It's possible we still have more news to come before the years end but with not that many trading days left maybe I'm being to optimistic.

Little nccl still front and centre in the project process then.
I think todays news was at least on par with the jda signing news.
Not only do we have news of the partners's intention to move the project on we now also have news that the Moz. and Chinese goverments intentions to move the project on as well.
I liked the speeding up bit of the rns.
I don't know about others on here but l don't expect Nccl to be in at the end, I suspect as soon as the project is completely derisked nccl will be bought out.

Not that it makes any difference in the long run but how has this ended up back in the 4's again after yesterday's buying patterns, it doesn't make sense.
Mr 50k in force buying a multitude of times, mostly during the mid morning period.

Interviewer asked most of the important questions, mostly answered postively I thought.
Interesting to note the share holder loan is predominately African held. I didn't know that.

Would be tricky working out the share price for the combined company.
The best guide is the combined market cap of both companies is approximately £750 mill.
I've been invested in this kind of all share companies merger before it tends to be unpredictable before,during and after the event.
The pre merger share allocations just reflects the current companies market caps.
I fully understand the current holder's frustrations, waiting and watching not an option for them.

May or may not get news on the project, whatever things appear to be moving along.
Latest news on loan restructure was positive.
The item i found most interesting in the latest rns was Hanno's note in the last paragraph.
" The restructuring will provide additional time to explore future refinancing options and the company has received several refinancing offers to date. "

On the face of it today's rns for the raising of working capital to fund the GridX project was inevitable.
I think doing it by the taking of an unsecured loan was preferable to a share subscription at today's very low price.
Fully funded till mid 2020 now, surely if all goes as planned we will have a much healthier m/cap by then !

Maybe not the one we're waiting for dvh but the fact that this very qualified, experienced and obviously able individual has rejoined nccl in this very important role can only be seen as a positive.

Everyone had the same opportunity to take some profit when the share price spiked on the jda signing rns. I certainly did.
Bottom drawer for my remaining holding till next spring.
Time to move on to something else and hope nccl delivers another pay day in the future.

It's been said before but I think it's worth repeating.
As a large share holder Scott Fletcher will be party to way more information about the company than we pi's ever will, and as he is still adding to his considerable holding today's rns should be seen as very positive news.

Well no one can say the new ceo doesn't know or understand the company.
Should be interesting to hear what he has to say at the investors event tomorrow.
I hope not to many pi's have given up.
The tarrif, historical cost and renumeration rns whenever that is issued surely can't be treated with the same distain the jda rns was.
