Your latest post makes perfect sense.
I sometimes think almost all market rns's are written by crossword compilers.
The clues are always there you just have to work out the message.

No offence taken fh.
Never expected that much of a debate when I said I'd derisked this morning.

Just voicing my opinion. I got caught up with the bod and management hype and ended up with a holding bigger than I was comfortable with.
September or any other ber' for that matter will do me just fine, don't even mind if our part in the project gets diluted as long as we get a fair deal I'll be happy.
Hope it's not relevent but spell checker keeps changing your moniker to foxhole !
I don't think were the troops in the foxholes just yet.

Sorry got my bears and my bulls mixed up there !!!
D.
Nice rns out guys, not showing at the top of page.

Doubt it means anything but my £2500 buy this morning was concluded at way lower than the current mid price so will be marked up as a sell.
D.
As I see it it's no longer all about patience it's now also about risk.
I doubled my holding by topping up five times (£12k ) post nccl's management and chairman's statements of immenent jda final draft acceptence by all parties.
I believe " any moment now and only a few days " were the words used.
Way short of twitter ramping nonsense i know but no one has been more bearish about nccls prospects than I however albut 4 months on from these statements and still no news my view has become less positive inducing me to derisk a £25k up to now profitable investment.
Like everyone else on here I'm still hoping and hopefull that the next jda rns is the big one, I'm just not as confident as I once was.
D.
I don't often agree with you Nelly but I think your not to far from the mark in your post.
I have to admit I did take profit from the latest spike, first time I've sold any nccl for some time.
I can't see these protracted negotiations being to nccl's benefit although whatever the final draft is it will still be highly beneficial to nccl.
I'm still confident we'll all get a decent payday here but maybe not as confident as i was during the "any moment guys" days.

Hi Up.
You correctly predicted the share price of lwb would drop to 6p and then be an "easy doubler" again correct.
As you didn't back your reasoning then I'm wondering why you would start the how low can it go posts all over again.
D.
I've told my brother Rodney/Dave not to order me a Bentley just yet.
I think I'll just sit with my fingers crossed and wait and see.
D.
I don't know about 10p as a post signing price, Nccl expected the jda signed in march/April so unless it has taken 3 months to cross the t's and dot the i's there could be anything in it.
We'll find out " any moment now"
Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Just to correct my previous message.
Under the loan restructuring agreement of 16 11 2018.
The first conversion of debt to equity restriction is,
38.9m shares which are redeemable up until 1 11 2019.
The rest of the outstanding loan is a bit more complicated but is available for perusal on the final loan restructuring rns reported on 16.11.2018.
The total amount of debt to equity swaps so far as i can see is 10,811,548.
There has been a number of corrections on the equity swaps rns's so while not totally confident of the above total I believe it is not far away.

If i remember correctly only around 39million shares equating to a 12.1% dilution of the company is available to loan holders converting to equity at 10p per share.
The rest get 12% on their investment.
As i see it as only about half the loan holding would be eligible to convert to equity the rest get the 12%.
I know which one I'd rather have.
I assume it's first come first served.
Brinksmanship if your a loan holder.

Missed the boat again.
50% gain on very little news, must be something positive going on in the background, could well be the rise will continue however l shall still wait for the result of the ce division sell off.
D.
While this week's upturn in the share price is no doubt good for current holders, the company debt hasn't disappeared, I am still waiting to see what kind of a discount if any is needed to dispose of the rest of the ce business.
D.
While any profitable expansion of the company is to be welcomed is anyone like me disappointed that we are not increasing our production capacity through acquisitions.
Call me old fashioned but I thought engineering companies made actual things then sold them for profit.
We're still a long way from the £100 mill. revenue and susequent profit promised 2 years ago.
I'm starting to worry I'll be deid' before turning a reasonable profit here.
Maybe dar was right to upstakes and go !!

They'll be due any moment.
For the non annitiated that would read some time this year ?
Is annitiated a word !
D.
I was lucky to get out of here with a modest loss before the share price plunge.
I will wait to see what the remainder of the ce division fire sale raises before crunching the numbers again.
If they can make a substantial hit to the current debt with the sale of the low margin businneses the current share price would be a "lovely opportunity" union p.
Anyone any thoughts on what the remaining ce businesses could realistically raise.

Traders had another great week, probably bought and sold umpteen times this week.
I'm not knocking it perfectly acceptable behaviour, we could all do it if we choose to.
Same old same old.
Lurker appears when share goes up and Nelly appears when it goes down.
I've come to the conclusion that the only deadline that matters is the Moz. govs. plan for power from this project by 2023.
With a three year build and commision timeline the first brick needs to be laid next year.
Lots of discussion and agreement between all parties concerned before the start of the build.
All I know is those discussions and agreements are now behind schedule, when or if any agreements are signed as we now know is anyone's guess.
I haven't the bottle to trade so no moaning from me on that score.
