I can't help but wonder where all the sells are coming from.
I assume anyone trimming their holding now will be monitoring the current situation more closely than even us, the faithfull.
If I had one iota of doubt in my mind about what's in front of us I would de risk as well. I don't.
The posters on this board are not stupid we all know about the countless missed deadlines in the past but I prefer not to dwell there.
Could the current deadline be missed, of course it could but ALL the signs are saying otherwise.

Although i can't see any end of week bonanza without a positive rns.
I think if I had sold my shares cheaply this week (I didn't)
I would definitely be trying to get them back tomorrow!

It was reported on here and twitter that Hanno was in Bejing but I personally can't say I've seen evidence to back that up.
I try to be cautious when I'm posting however like you I'm confident that this company is very very close to real deal.

To buy, hold or sell are the main decisions we have to make in this game.
Get it right you make money get it wrong you lose money.
Far be it from me to criticise anyone who chooses to sell but I don't understand selling so very close to the perceived cracking news.
Maybe the sellers have it right god knows we've had so many false dawns here over the last three years or so.
Could well be it will be delayed again but it can't be delayed forever.
I'm amazed there isn't more anti nccl sentiment on the board.
I know we've had the odd idiot on telling us he's sold his 800' shares because it "goes up and down" but in the main the board is still supportive.
One things for sure we will know by months end what our short term fate is.

I expected to see more big buys reported after the bell today but only one apparently.
Nothing's changed Badeli and tradesdesk's excellent work over the weekend is still live.
Anyone selling this obviously have there reasons, good luck to them.
Far as I'm concerned the jda signing is only the start.

I take your point about the share price rising on jda anticipation.
However that doesn't seem to have been the case over this last week or so.
The last few weeks have all been about the trades.
Any hint of a seller and the share price suffered but on some big buying days of which there has been plenty the price remained static.
If we are to get any kind of a rise into the expected positive news l think the seller has to have finished.
Needless to say I'm hoping the seller is wrong, all will be revealed soon.

Nccl is probably one of the most researched aim companys going right now.
That research appears on the surface anyway to be overwhelmingly positive.
If or when we do get the green light to be part of the financing, build and operating process nccl's value could be anything.
Sorry about the if.
I don't know about anyone else but personally I don't think there's any chance of nccl holding on to the 40% holding in the project, both ii's must want to buy in, Hanno hinted as much in one of his vox interviews.
Whatever as long as it adds value to the nccl mcap and the shareholders I don't suppose anyone will be complaining.
Here's hoping the I told you so brigade have no reason to appear next week.

If Duroc want to make an offer for Car the takeover rules are it would have to be no less than their highest buying price over the last twelve months.
They purchased shares on the 4th and 5th of February when the share price was around 48p.
That is the price they would have to pay for Car if they want to make an offer before Feb. 4th next year.
