I think there may well be a steady stream of equity for debt swap rns's if or when the jda signing day becomes more certain.
I note from the finalised loan re-structuring document of 16/11/2018 that a maximum of 38.9m shares or a 12.1% dilution of the company's share total is exercisable under the first conversion of loan to equity entitlement.
If my arithmetic is correct and there's no certainty that it is that means with the current outstanding loan at around $5mill. only around half of the outstanding loan amount is permitted to utilise the debt to equity swap.
The rest assuming the company settle by the due date 30/11/2019 get 12% interest.

With the jda signing delays i can understand that not everyone holding nccl are in the position of maintaining their full holding until the big day.
However close or not that day might be.
Let's hope not to many are compelled to sell.

That explains where all the recent relatively cheap shares available for buyers came from then.
Presumably when this large tranche of shares are gone the price will go up.

I think that's a given after Fridays buying responce to the retrace.
The actual buy to sell ratio on Friday was excellent especially when you consider there was an early morning dilution rns.
However it was manipulated aim style as usual.
My early morning buy of 28,526 at 6.98p was not recorded with the stock exchange so I did a bit of digging and found it on nex.
I also found about ten or so larger buys adding up to around a 1 million shares also not recorded with the stock exchange on the day.
Makes you wonder, heh maybe they'll all appear tomorrow as sells if the price goes up.

In a busy morning's trading for nccl anyway, mostly buys for a change.
Still waiting to see if the big sellers are still around.

In another post this morning I mentioned that Hanno spoke at length in his vox interview about a venture such as this. Now as nccl has no money in the bank to speak of a shrewder investor than I might have wondered where that money would come from. I assume those shrewder investors sold earlier this week to buy back in cheaper. D.

Yes splatted the daily big sells do take a bit of explaining. Especially this close to what is perceived to be imminent cracking news.
Nccl usually is a bit of a tight ship where news is concerned, but with interested party's in Africa, China, USA and UK it would be amazing if absolutely no news positive or negative leaked.

The daily pattern of a few big sells going through continues today.
Profit taking I suppose or large holders mitigating their risk to negative news.
Though no massive number of daily trades going through there appears to be enough small to medium buys to keep the share price around the 8p mark.
