Don't be fooled Taylor - we're still @3.7p the blue stuff is a smoke screen and if it remains to the end of today's session we will start off in the red tomorrow. I truly wish it were different but again it's just one single trading day.
Only (positive) news on behalf of PM will get the SP going.

investor33: Your point is well taken. However, the moaning is justified once you take a look at the investor community posting on this board. If they feel like I do: I've been waiting many years for PM to finally strike oil. And then it actually happens. Not only that: As it appears it is a better than usual strike. And what is the result? At least SP wise (and for now) a total disappointment. Clearly I feel the LTHs have deserved more than this. What a pity.
What do you think would have happened in February 2017 (SP @ around 30p) if PM had announced an oil strike? Apart from the fact that there were only half the shares in issue - would this have not boosted the SP?
I guess that is where the moaning and groaning is coming from - and therefore justified to a certain extent. But here and now is - obviously - a different situation. I am defo positive that this will come good - for all of PM's investors.

No Manro you don't understand at all - sorry to say. I've been thru hell with PM and can take the blows by now.
It's up to you to be critical at any time. What you're turning a blind eye to is the fact that PM has never been in a better situation than now (only a few months ago you appeared to have a completely different opinion: it was all hip hip hurray for PM!). If the SP is the only yardstick you apply to make your judgements concerning PM so be it - but don't expect me to agree and by no means include me in your statements when you refer to "many of us".

Critical assessment: Always good and all the time.
Many of us too optimistic? That doesn't include me. I for one don't react to daily/weekly/monthly SP developments the way you may. I've been around for so long - I have come to understand that those weeks and months simply don't count. What does count however, is what PM has achieved so far and what MB is saying in public.
I appreciate that you may be disappointed in the SP development - it can't be PM's achievements to date. Don't let that get to you. You - as a true matador - should be above that.
Give this some time. You will see that this company (and its SP) will develop nicely.

even the potential investors are waiting for the SP to drop lower. I just hope they know when it hits rock bottom. Once that happens the (savvy) buyers will be piling in.

the market obviously needs more time to realize what PM is headed for. What a pity - but it is how it is. The same market will punish the current sellers in due time. I wish it weren't so.

As we PM investors know by now (not only) PM's SP is subject to market sentiment. And its impact is something all posters like to speculate on.
From my POV these are the basics:
1. PM has found (plenty of) commercial oil.
2. The SP's downside is very limited.
3. The SP's upside is unlimited.
4. The exploitation license may be issued this year or early next - but there is no doubt it will be issued.
5. PM will generate income from Heron-1 (and more) next year

Considering these basics the only investors who believe selling at this SP level makes sense will be the ones who - for whichever reasons - are forced to do so.

When was that and where do you see the cancellation? it's not visible on Level 2.

Absolutely right petertee and couldn't agree more. Considering PM's current situation I could imagine that the re-evaluation of the SP may take a lot of investors by surprise (particularly those who've sold off cheap).

No need to cancel anything - just need to be patient; Looks like we will have to wait a bit longer - but I guess we're all used to that.
