Sorry people but I simply don't understand this discussion regarding local, local, local….
Is there any real and serious threat around? If so, what would it be and why in heavens name would PM not address the issue? To me it looks like another one of those made up threats that are nice to talk about but have absolutely no substance. If there should actually be a threat (which not even PM is aware of) so - please anybody - come forward with it.

Russkie: Happy to see that there are posters/investors around with their head screwed on right. From my (modest) POV: You are right on target. The SP may slip a bit short term but - let's be honest - if China doesn't drop an atom bomb on Mongolia then PM is going for glory. Clearly the market will set the pace meaning we may have to wait a bit. But the outcome (in near future) should be clear to everyone!

Point well taken - one that M. Buck is certainly fully aware of. Let's not forget that PM's strategy will hardly only include Heron oil (which - by far - couldn't satisfy the new refinery's capacity). There are an incredible amount of possibilities to structure a JV - we shouldn't start speculating on those at this time. I for one am convinced that M. Buck (together with his mgmt and the BoD) will chose the path which is in PM's best interest.

We understand your message C/S: You currently dislike optimism (which your posts displayed last year) and question anything of the like. Speculating on future SPs is guesswork as you appear to agree.
Personally, I can't find a realistic argument why the SP should NOT rise upon license grant. And once oil flows respective calculations will have a basis. And those calculations will – most probably – result in a much higher SP than we have today. That’s good enough for me.

Jimi: If I understand you correctly you are - at least indirectly - saying that the market anticipates a (at least partial) fund raise via placing and that this fear in the market is the reason for the incredibly low SP at this time? If a partial equity increase is required to enable PM's success going forward I'm all for it. Of course - as a LTH - I would prefer a funding option without increasing the no. of shares in issue.

Understood. However, those type of interviews are not for the purpose of disclosing "news". That's what the RNS is for. From my POV that interview did not waste anybody's time; quite to the contrary. When do you get the opportunity to listen to the CEO of a company you are invested in (are you)? I find it very helpful. Suit yourself.

Well, I assume nobody on this board was expecting anything else from him and no AIM investor believes in hunky dory posts.

2 takeaways from my end:
- Exploitation license: Clearly MB would have liked to see PM’s respective application processed and granted by the end of 2019. Considering the fact that the Mongolian authorities have not processed such an application for 10+ years he has accepted the fact that it will take longer but is still positive that PM will be able to get to work on Heron 1 before the “Elections” slow down government activities.
- Although all funding options still appear to be under consideration, I couldn’t help noticing that MB appears to be in favor of entering a partnership with an O&G big hitter rather than raise equity.

He also mentioned that he is "managing expectations". The license issuing authority should be sufficiently motivated to get this done by the end of the first quarter.

Guess you should make a list of companies where "the money will work for them" right?
