I have managed to stay well away from this bb over the last fortnight. I really haven't got anything to contribute on proceedings, It really is a time of trust and waiting.

The best thing to come out of this, Is the ability to filter the ridiculous and unreasonable posters along with the Judas Iscariots.

Certainly don't do things by half measures when FRR are concerned ! There's nothing we can do but sit tight until news, I'm relatively calm that this will play out in our favour to be honest....

Further to the announcement of 24 December 2018, the Company wishes to provide further clarification that Cairn Financial Advisers LLP notice to the Company of its resignation as the Company’s Nominated Adviser with immediate effect was unexpected and remains unexplained to the management.

Accordingly, the Company is working to rectify this unanticipated situation and return its shares to normal trading as soon as possible.

I wouldn't get too involved with the BP reference personally Timster but it was included in the emails as the second major. I've had far too much alcoholic beverages to even start a discussion at the moment. Not sure all this in the open world is a good thing. Reading the last page of posts, It just highlights what a rollercoaster 2018 has been. We have no idea what is going on with production, flow rates, financials, court case, AGM or arbitration.

We do however have an mou with bhge and interest from a second major. We simply are where we are.
My dream of sitting in a hot climate at xmas with a big cuban has been suspended for another year.....

In 12 days time, We will have surely entered OUR year ! Failing any juicy news, It's goodbye from me until 2019.

I think no update was the wrong wording in my previous post, We should at the least hear If they have presented a defense or settled out of court.

That in itself will provide a good bit of insight moving forward. I would actually feel more content seeing this go the full distance if we have a concrete case and see them punished for their actions.

This behaviour is unacceptable and being able to buy your way out isn't the answer.

I don't think there will be an update regarding the court case this year but that's just my opinion and I'd delighted to be wrong.

Hope & OMF had until today to file their defense to FRR's statement of claim.

The Grand Court also gave directions in relation to the application by Mr Hope and OMF to discharge the previously granted injunction; A hearing to deal with that application is expected to take place in December.

There is nothing I can see showing on the grand court summary from today regarding the said hearing.

Would be great if it all works out in the next few days, But I somehow don't think so.

Mole is without doubt one of the most balanced and informative posters regarding FRR on this BB. I find it hard to believe anyone bases their investment on BB comments. If they do, Then they have a problem.

I have several times. Am I correct in thinking FRR have to up the study program and get to commercial production before the current 5 year psc expires ? Is that what they need to do to comply with the psc and stop relinguishment ? Any views on this is most welcome. These rns's are never easy to understand in simple terms.

What is the current situation on the arbitration ?

with this well received news ? Can't make head nor tail of this share. Think I'll await news on the court case and arbitration before jumping in head first again. I'll be holding what I currently have whatever happens Starrage. I'm also looking to add but feel I have a window to see what develops in the meantime. Ideally, I want to let this court saga play out and then I shall decide my next move.
