RE: The TRUTH13 Sep 2018 13:02
This all looks and sounds great basing the evaluations on JV / Farm in or the buy out of block 12. Completely within the realm of possibility though is majors interest diminishing ( Could be as simple as can't agree terms ), The elusive ewt's not being what they should or have dropped off.
What happens then, Or are we completely excluding that this could happen ? At the moment frr is generating enough revenue to clear a £2.8 million debt which will take until June / July 2019 to pay off. Even if the ewt results are around 750 barrels a day and we have niko-1 producing too by Feb 2019, Where and how do we finance the $30,063,276 debt redeemable in August 2020 ? Are we really going to be attractive for finance to continue into field development without Dilution / Placing ? I don't think so, A deal is absolutely vital for success as the future of the dream is hanging on a thread the way I read it. Before i get bombarded, This isn't deramping.I'm also too in the red to sell. It's simply highlighting the worst case possibility other than the ' get in whilst you can, we are going to be millionaires ' I as much as anyone else think the company and us shareholders deserve reward here but the only way I can see it happening is if a deal of some sorts is agreed. Over to you Zaza. GLA
