With under 70 trades and less than 60 million shares changing hands, I find it hard to accept there is a group of people shorting at the moment. Have they started yet ? There seems to be lots of theories flying around and I simply don't know the answer like everyone else.

What sp changing news can be expected with the court case not for another few weeks ?

It is very welcomed news.The wells will be cleaned and the well integrity will be checked for future sidetrack drilling. I have no idea what this process costs.

I did notice on the rns there was no mention of BHGE's participation. It just said the company. If these three wells are for proving up the resources to pave the way to a deal, Are we looking at the three wells to be complete and tested before the discussions move on any further or is this frr showing they will continue without a deal if need be ? If only we knew....

Thanks for confirming Starrage, I was sure I had read that. I'll get a look tonight to try and decipher where these three wells are in relation to the awaited T-45, Dino-2 and T-39 results already drilled but covered by nda. If they are in the same block, Awaiting six well ewt's seems likely due to the nda ? What do others think ?

I'm sure it was stated in a recent podcast / rns ( cant remember which ) that after the identified three sidetrack wells, The future wells would need to be new drills ? Does anyone think Niko-1 has moved on at all ? Seems odd how we can be updated regarding T-16, T-24 and T-31 but nothing on current campaign or Niko-1. Are Niko-1 and T-16, T-24 & T-31 in the same block does anyone know ?

I will fill my boots on no news as there's no way of knowing where the sp will end this week let alone the end of Jan.....

Do people really think that what's posted on this bb whether it be positive or negative changes the sp ?

I got a modest profit but not what I would call great for five years holding. I never sold any on the highs. I always topped up looking for the big payday. Kicked myself several times after hitting the 8's and not skimming something... A strategy picked by me and I shall never do the same again. I've been in and out of a few different companies over the last few months and done exceptionally well. I won't allow myself to get too attached to a stock again. Hopefully December will provide us with an update on proceedings.

Still invested starrage, Albeit with only 25% of my original investment that I managed to secure on Tuesday. I had to free up capital after the last run into the 5's to finish the work in our house. Too much going on here not to be involved at some level, Just not at the ludicrous point I found myself in previously. Having trouble falling a sleep and having to check in every quarter of an hour took it's toll on me. It's a huge can of worms that not one of us know how it will play out. One thing which has eaten away at me for a long time is how much is it in the Georgian Governments interests that frr succeed ? They have a long wait until they are entitled to payment, The block will be worth a serious figure after frr's investment and knowledge to finally crack the code. Here's hoping zaza does have a strong hand at play and it's not a final attempt to hold on to the asset. We all deserve something of great magnitude, Wether it be this christmas or in the not to distant future.

I'd have to disagree starrage and say the current court action will inevitably hold up any major deal. Everything is up in the air at the moment, Do you really think a major can or would enter into an agreement whilst this plays out ? I certainly don't think so, I can't see how you override who has rights to the assets to make the deal because it suits you for end of year tax purposes. Both parties in the court case believe it's their assets and until such times as an out of court settlement or court case can sort it out, That's where we are in my view.

There's plenty of mud kicking going on right enough and the clock is ticking rapidly. Is the general concensus this is purposely being held back ? What do you suggest is going on in simple terms ? I struggle to see a resolution regarding Hope / Outrider this year, That makes me think nothing with any grit will be released publicly regarding the second major.
