Anyone advising him any different wouldn't be of a sound mind.... I've said all along a replacement wasn't going to materialise. No surprise to me we are de listed. Infact, I think it was the best outcome. Some just need to move on from the nomad issue and await news from the private company whenever they see fit and can speak.

Why would any nomad risk there own name taking on a company who had just lost a nomad, Have a high profile corruption court case ongoing and a chance of being out of business in a matter of weeks ?

Sorry, Maybe that's better wording Bomber. Don't think it would make any odds to a nomad's due diligence or reputation though.

It is irrelevant now, They didn't appoint a new nomad hence the delisting from the aim index.

What we have now is far from a perfect scenario but we still have something.

I'm sure the company will update us when they can. Wether that's this week, Next week or after the court case in Feb, I don't know but WE are all in the same boat.

To inform us FRR will be removed from the AIM index as of Tuesday 29th January.

It's not signed off, I've already brought that up. It's ok saying there is no concerns to use it but the bod seem to be playing ball with scc which is refreshing. Once it's signed off with a decision date, We will progress i'm sure. Filed 10th Jan, By previous estimates it takes three weeks to sign off. Doesn't explain the incompetence of it being filed on 10th Jan though......

I can't help but think delisting is the best plan of action by the company. For all we know, They may well be struggling to find a nomad to take us under their wing with all the current uncertainty surrounding us. We would be a completely different prospect with the court case settled and any other niggles ironed out before appointing a new nomad and re listing. I will save bashing the bod until my shares are worthless. Until then, They have my full support. Their hands will be completely tied with all that's going on. The simpliest mistake can jeopardise current proceedings. I fully expect an update will be released when they see fit to update us on where we are.

If no nomad appointed by Thursday @ 7.30am, We will be delisted ?

Do we also lose isa wrapper at this time ?

Although we have been delisted, It is possible to relist at a later date ?

I've managed to sit this out tight lipped since suspension, The bb hasn't been worth reading to be honest filled with nothing more than speculation and drivel. I am however sorely disappointed there was a court hearing yesterday and there hasn't been an update of any information ( however small ).....

When is the cut off date for a nomad to be reinstated ?
