When's the meeting tsbs ?

We all know one payment ( July ) has been made as it reduced the amount of shares. The conversion notices are for August and September. I would have liked to know if the second payment in August was indeed made and was cleared on time.
This still doesn't excuse the quick fire September conversion notice followed by the default issued by YA, As the September payment date hadn't lapsed.

I certainly won't take anything reported by anyone through an unofficial channel.

When did YJ mention that July and August payments had been made ?

That's the question I hoped would be dealt with by a revised update on the subject.

Great find Bugsy. If it proves to be frr oil, It's not very likely to show on the books at the month end going by the term and payment dates.

YJ shouldn't have found themselves in a position to need to respond on the BB this morning, We should have been informed of where we stood with regards to the payments in this mornings rns. A complete cluster f*ck the way it was worded again !
I suppose you could argue, We had been told of the first payment being made and the only change was the issue of two months worth of conversion notices over a six day period.
Having had time to digest what is going on along with YJ admission that the payments had been made on time, I think it's fair to say YA know we aren't in a position to pay the full amount and are trying whatever they can as a last ditch attempt to gain shares opposed to cash payment for the debt.

It really is something we don't need to detract from the bigger picture of two majors sniffing around and hopefully preparing to make a deal.

I'll watch with interest on how this evolves to a conclusion. One things for sure, No easy ride whilst being invested here !
