This stock has been on my watchlist for while. I was a bit hesitant to add until ALL needed paperwork was finalised. This has happened today and it now looks to be all go....

The news hasn't exactly startled the market the way I thought it would. Will product need to be produced and sold before this starts moving ?

Why will you lose your rights money ? I've accepted the offer but funds won't be taken until the event which is two weeks away. Hope I have this correct ? It was verified by broker.......

Non holder atthe moment but watching closely to take a position. Hopefully funding and production sorted out before 30th May.

Marketing and Pre-Payment Agreement ("Agreement")

In accordance with the Agreement entered into between Premier and Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology CO. LTD. ("Suzhou TA&A") as announced on 24 June 2022, Premier was required to supply product by the 31 March 2023. Suzhou TA&A will begin charging interest at rate 3.5% per annum on the prepayment amount of US$34,644,385 from the 1 April 2023. Premier will have until 30 May 2023 to begin providing Suzhou TA&A with product in accordance with the Agreement, a failure to do this will provide CanMax with the right to terminate the Agreement by notice in writing to Premier and Premier will need to enact repayment of the prepayment amount plus interest in full within ninety (90) days of such termination notice.

Appreciate your quick response Num4. I am all for the news that finally, This blockbuster is no longer stagnant but completely agree that the sra737 deal hasn't been dealt with in the best way. I just couldn't get my head around that part of the announcement. I'm still not fully convinced the $12m and £7.5m have been renegotiated and replaced with only a $2m milestone payable either though. It's all welcomed news either way, Full steam ahead and let's see what develops. I appreciate the line of 100% owned tyk2 and we can only hope valuable lessons have been learned when it comes to seeing how that unfolds. Exciting times..... GLA

' In the event that the milestone payment for Milestone Event, as defined in the CRT License Agreement, but no milestone payment for an earlier Milestone Event has been paid ( $12m ), then the milestone payment attached to the earlier Milestone Event will become due and payable contemporaneously with the payment for the later Milestone Event ( $12m + $2m ). These milestones will be accrued once they are considered probable of occurring.

Is the milestone payment we await $14m made up of the previous $12m unpaid and the $2m due which Sareum have a 27.5% claim ?

Has the $7.5m milestone been reworked as part of this amendment or am I completely off track ? It does state ' In the CRT license agreement, Not the amended agreement ? Or is this just wishful thinking on my part ?

Hello all, Not been on here very often but do look in now and again to try and gain a little info on the current state of play. I find it absolute madness that some think sitting on their thumbs for 20 odd months and then having a hunch to influence or even jeopardize the current proceedings six weeks before such a major event is a wise move. I haven't been fully up to speed of what has been going on during the time since delist but have come round to accept that there is big events going on in the background hence the radio silence. In my view, This needs to be left to play out before any actions deemed detrimental to the proceedings is allowed to happen. Why would we want to arm the enemy with a negative view of our bod ? Please don't dice with the only hope we have right now. If there wasn't the slightest glimmer here, The situation would have been played out and wrapped up a while ago. Just my opinion, Sit tight and allow the correct channels to verse until after the election result. Hope everyone is well in these uncertain times, It's strange to say the least. GLA, OTB....

If srra had a future with sra737, I would expect it to feature in the About Us - Overview section of the website but you can't link to sra737 anywhere on their website ! Is it just me or is there no longer any connection to Sra 737 on Sierra Oncology's website ? I've read the website in the past and found it easy to find links to sra737.

Everyman and his dog knows you got scorn and have a personal vendetta against Tidswell but the final outcome you took was to sell. We are all adults here, We don't need you trying to save us from our own investment or your hatred towards members of the management.

You really must be hurting feeling the need to pop on here and let us know about your fantastic investments elsewhere. How many of us do you think actually care ? Your time would be much better spent focusing on the boards of your other successful investments.
