I have no idea how some have managed to keep their mental health in check on here 24/7. Infact, I'd say quite a few are losing the plot... Try a bit harder to show each other some respect, We are grown adults ffs. If you've nothing positive to add, Why bother ? You can't harm the company when its delisted by repeatedly echoing doom and gloom. We are all well aware some believe we are on route to payday and others believe we are stuffed. I've absolutely no idea what's going on, It's well and truely beyond my comprehension and the legalities of it all are off the scale. For me, Nothings changed in 13 months.... GLA

We are in a seriously different situation from when I first invested Freescot. My point is, It's a genuine question. Possibly with a negative element but that doesnt make the hounding or mockery anymore aceptable because its not what some want to hear. We will either receive something, Have a chance to make our own decision on the future of our investment or we have been ripped a new sphincter. I'm as keen to know as everyone else but I am not living in the fairyland.

I have nothing to add RR, The company haven't made any contact as far as I'm aware. Genuine question met with the expected childish reply because it isn't part of the fictitious dream.

I haven't been following this board as much as I should, I've looked in on a few occasions throughout the last year and I'm finding it difficult to assess where we currently are.
Would I be close to the mark thinking that Block 12 has been transferred into new ownership and we await news regarding the transfer of the block, PSA extension, Arbitration and the court cases coming to a conclusion ?
I would be most grateful if someone could confirm the current status for me. Thanks OTB

Personally tsbs If this comes good, The 12 months or however long the silence of not seeing or hearing anything official from the company wouldn't bother me in the slightest. As it stands, Nobody knows. It's not over until it's over......

Ah, That makes a bit more sense. I thought Block 12 was transferred months ago ? Surely the amendment is to prevent something similar happening in the future ? Can't see a backdated amendment to try and stop it but you never know ..... Has the transfer completed and the GG been caught napping ?

What will Outrider gain if Frontera goes tits up StarRage ? Doesn't the block revert back to GG ?

Timster, I haven't been following this as closely as I probably should have but something is bothering me.

IF the company doesn't exist under FRCC, Why do we need the injunction to stop Hope winding up the company which doesn't have the assets in it ?

May well be a stupid question but as I say, I chose to take a back seat for the last while and haven't kept up to speed as much as i probably should have.
