Ticketmaster list them as a partner company when clicking on ticket link for sold out events, my point over two posts was that they appear to have moved on where they and LN via ticket master are producing and selling their own live streams, with no mention of us, so yes sadly really, also as that is what we are supposed to be doing, why the deafening silence from us. Production of the new Napster APP (coming soon) doesn’t stop us producing live events to generate something known as income in the meantime

Talk about admitting when you are wrong Croydon, it wasn’t even Facebank, Fuller not involved in the ABBA project it was all done by George Lucas, would you like to admit you were wrong on that one? Also back to my comment yesterday about the Rita Ora streamed concert from Paris, bit more research into Universe, the company who filmed it and are streaming, they don’t just partner Ticketmaster, they are also now partners with Live Nation, didn’t Live Nation used to partner us? Have the rampers ever considered that every ridiculous ramp you come out with when it turns out to be total guff you are damaging the share price.

And to confirm my point just had my weekly event update from Ticketmaster, just one artist as an example Rita Ora 13 events including tickets for sale for a live streaming event in Paris streamed via a company called Universe.com, there’s a click through link ( Apparently Universe is a partner of ticketmaster) to Universe, the universe site then also links to their app and a list of upcoming live streamed events as well as the link to buy tickets to that event. That’s what we should have been doing for the last three years.

Albert the thread was about the historic share price decline and factors, I was therefore talking about the original APP that came out (late) about three years ago, not the coming soon APP, don’t know if you are being deliberately obtuse and ignoring the point. But I do know the biggest positive reaction to the share price in recent times was the physical advertising for the Download festival, billboards, ads in London papers, I still remember people on here posting photos of the mobile billboards on the sides of vans driving round London. They never followed up that success with further advertising for the original APP. So for that and other reasons we lost the gains we made that week
CB the Worse thing that can happen to the John Gores and N & G type investors is a tax deductible loss, hardly a hardship, whereas the worse thing that can happen to private investors is they lose their money, think Sirius Mining, not really a comparison or selling point you are making there.

CB 20% of what compared to other market outlets, I don’t recall any baseline or comparison figures being mentioned. Again my point was it’s a combination of factors including internal failures and external factors not just market manipulation which has resulted in a three or four year sp decline. As I’ve said before I was just profit invested having got my initial investment out, in at 7p out at 14 and 18, but since then my profit has reduced by 70%. I expect my money to work for me . A simple question how many people wish they had invested their EVR/Melody VR/ Napster investment elsewhere and then got in/back in when it finally takes off rather than suffer four years of decline?

To explain lack of activity, I registered for email updates 2017 when I first invested, recommended it to my son who also registered, he follows some of the artists featured but doesn’t follow their social media, he has never received an email updating the library or advertising acts so doesn’t bother to look anymore, how many other potential customers have we lost because we don’t have something as simple as a email list? I go to a lot of gigs and get weekly update emails of forthcoming gigs from every ticket provider I use. It’s something really simple but we don’t do it. We spent 2 mil in a year to generate 150k of income. How much more would we have made if people actually knew about us, we can’t just rely on hardcore fans who follow their favourite artists on social media

I have, but the reference was to market manipulation I’m struggling to see that market manipulation alone is responsible for the price drop, and if that was the case more that one investment company would have jumped in by now. The price has dropped due to share dilution and lack of progress over a few years. It wasn’t that long ago people here were blaming shorters, but even the shorters have given up on us as a target. External bad news also hasn’t helped, within the last few weeks Spotify have announced a 22% increase in market share during lockdown, and that they are now uploaded 62,000 new tracks per day. Only my opinion but there isn’t one reason It’s a combination of things including our lack of news and activity.

I can’t agree with you, a few years ago the sp was 18p it’s been under 2 for quite some time now. If it was market manipulation surely the manipulators would have bought in by now before all the good news coming soon nonsense started pushing the price back up. IMO

And during that time the share price has nose dived into a financial death spiral, so clearly didn’t impress

Facebank uses hyper realistic computer generated subjects and crowds, it’s done by computer and green screen technology. Everything they have produced so far has been standalone and they steamed the Jackson billboard event. We need facts not wishful thinking,

Since the agreement with us, Fuller has become a beneficial share holder in Facebank ( min 25% holding)) produced the Micheal Jackson billboard event, without any involvement by us, signed a sole content provider deal deal with the Micheal Jackson estate, again just using Facebank. It would be good if it happened, but he’s pinned his money to Facebank and up to the ABBA news hasn’t used us to produce any of the material Facebank has released so far. Sadly I think it’s unlikely that we will be involved.
