Here's one of your very tedious messages on ZOE from the 24th August - you may remember it....

From the 4th September "Where next - 10p maybe 5p not sure yet" The share price was 16.5p

From the 10th September " Watch the pull back after the suckers have been drawn in to this by the spread betting punters cartel" The share price was 17.75p

Do you spot a trend here?

The current SP as I post this is 49p and had you actually spent your time doing some proper research rather than working yourself into a frenzy to spout non-stop bile you might have made some money. Time to re-think how you live your life maybe?

If you feel that the company will fail that is your prerogative but why would anyone want to spend the time and energy telling people invested in a company why they think it's a bad decision and they are going to lose money? Had anyone listened to you (unlikely I know) and sold in early September they would have missed the opportunity to make 300% on their investment.

What has changed and why should anyone give you any credibility?
You come across as a very bitter and angry person with an agenda with zero credibility as since you started your constant tirade against this company the share price has continued to thrive.

Maybe we need you here as a good luck charm after all

For those investors that didn't see the recent presentation Antonio and Trevor made it perfectly clear that they have spent a lot of time working to ensure that the company is ready for roll-out, have financing in place and have the supply of raw product in-hand. The reason they did not rush things was because they wanted to get it right and worked through all the potential challenges to make this a success. They watched other CBD companies rush product to market and fail - either for compliance issues or quality or inability to supply. They took these lessons on board and put the infrastructure in place to ensure that these would not harm our business. It was made crystal clear that our quality is paramount and is sustainable with the projected scaling-up, there would be no reason to seek any cash-raising and that the volume to meet demand could be met. If anyone has genuine concerns about their strategy (rather than those people that use these issues to unsettle investors) then an email to the company will be met with a prompt response. For those that worry about the lack of financial information and numbers being issued by the company that was again covered in the presentation - Antonio and Trevor have spent many years in this industry and their knowledge is probably second to none. They have a clear vision of where we are heading and a path to get us there and at this stage they are not prepared to give the competition any insights into where we are now and a free road map to help them play catch-up. No doubt that information will come to light in due course but by that point ZOE will be well set and building on the excellent foundations the CEOs are putting into place now.

MCH - at the recent presentation this was covered and the response was that they have financing agreements in place with distributors and that they saw no reason to consider the need for any cash raise in the foreseeable future to cover the scale-up. With the mention of 88,000 potential outlets of course this is a number far greater than previously mentioned - if they need some sort of cash injection to scale-up to that number that can only be good news as that will be some seriously big numbers of stock needing to be distributed

I don't get why someone supposedly invested turns up here with a first post today and all they can spout is negativity. Some people should have better things to do than try and spoil the genuine investor's excitement at what (despite what the doom-mongers here may say) is a fantastic and game-changing RNS. Be part of the journey or not but don't be bitter because you feel others are making money and you aren't - as Delboy would say "he who dares wins Rodders"

We have been lucky to date that we have avoided many of the rainbow chasing hoard but today's rise has already attracted a number of new posters here posting very subtle de-ramps. I wouldn't worry too much about them as they are here to cause mischief. This still has a long way to go and with further roll-outs in Europe to come I think we can safely buckle up. I'm sure there will be people that sell out today because as they say a profit is a profit but to me the future looks incredibly rosy. I first invested in HNR over 4.5 years back and have seen higher highs than where we are now but having held that long I'm happy to see where this journey goes now. My II account where all my shares are currently held was showing a 500% increase on ZOE earlier but whilst that is fantastic this is now more about the dividends. Look at some of the earlier and past calculations and give some thought to the potential dividends for the long-term holders - this is very very exciting! I had a lovely email after the presentation from Trevor and Antonio and I could not wish this success on two nicer guys! Let the journey commence and good luck to all holders here

For those posters who constantly go on about the importance of naming the signed-up clients just think about what you are asking for!! SYME will NOT publish a list of companies that are using the loan facility in the same way that banks don't publish this information. Think about it for one minute - it's highly classified and sensitive information and no company is going to want their loan arrangements in the public domain. Just accept that what AZ says will happen will happen - the numbers are already there and will continue to increase with every passing month. If you don't want to accept it then clearly the share is not for you and there are plenty of other companies out there to invest in and chase the next multi-bagger. We are only at the start of this journey and in a year or two everything will be a lot clearer and we will be at a much higher SP without the short-term rainbow chasers wanting their Christmas presents early. Patience wins the prize so let the children play their de-ramping and ramping games and remember the fundamentals

Do you really not understand why the name changed? Do you have any knowledge of what we do now and what we were doing when you invested (I actually invested for DT Ultravert back in 2016 and have stayed)? Your comments casting doubt on the reasons for the name change allude more to your ignorance than anything more sinister. Please spend a bit of time and understand the timeline of events (maybe read a few RNSs as well) and maybe you'll realise why you come across as someone with an agenda

markettimer - are you for real? You invested in Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) and sold after the name had changed to Zoetic CBD (ZOE) and made a healthy profit yet you seem to think there is something fishy about the company changing it's name. You really need to spend a bit more time reading before posting anything else and making yourself look more stupid. If you're not invested here and feel the company is not worth it's current MCAP or that the directors are trying to deceive us then feel free to move along and put your profit into something else. You won't be missed here. Am I missing your real agenda here?

I assume you were referring to my post? I am not upset in the slightest as MY investment decisions are based on MY research and not impacted by any poster saying they are topping up or have bailed out. I questioned why WG didn't share that information on the basis that he was posting that he would be topping up at every opportunity so I believe it is equally valid to ask why he didn't tell everyone in the same he was selling. I understand that I am questioning the actions of someone held up as the new Messiah here and that won't make me any friends. That doesn't bother me - I don't know you, I don't know WG and I don't know anyone here. You haven't grasped the gist of my post. I have respect for WG in as much as he has done more research than most here and been good enough to share that with this board. What I questioned was why he was happy to share the fact that we was selling with another private group when he was sharing alternative information here. Disingenuous or naive?

What I think leaves a bad taste WG is that you were happy to accept all the adulation from a lot of followers and played it well enjoying all the sycophantic comments and recommendations but it has been made clear that despite all those amazing predictions you made you did not have the decency to come back and explain why you had also de-risked on this board.
I have no axe to grind with you and have no doubt that you are a genuine investor with the finest intentions here (and have provided a lot of very good information) but I feel you have let yourself down with not being honest with the people that put you on your pedestal

Having missed a lot of the excitement here today I have to say I am very pleased to see that AZ had made the statement he did.
There have been some incredible claims made over the past 24 hours and action certainly needs to be taken. As investors we do our own research. We also do rely on information that is posted on fora that are in the public domain. Hopefully we do further research on anything we feel needs further research. I do not feel that DA's initial comments about selling his holding were as bad as a lot of people felt and did think some of the badgering of him as a consequence was unnecessary. What he stated in all honesty is no different to posters bragging about adding so many millions because the SP was low. He did give his reasons which I felt were genuine concerns and warranted further discussion. That discussion turned toxic on here and I'm glad I switched off. What has followed has certainly sowed further seeds of doubt and for any holders that have decent holdings here they would certainly warrant some level of concern. I would think that AZ needs more that a Tweet to settle the nerves here as there can be no doubt that the company structure and shareholding is not transparent and is therefore open to a lot of suspicion and speculation. I can take comfort from the fact that most financial organisation are scrupulously checked and vetted but there are the occasional rogue ones that slip through. No-one wants to be taken for a ride here. One of the big disappointments I have is that some of those that have ramped the company and posted ridiculous projections over the past few months have disappeared and have supposedly even sold shares because of information they have shared amongst the privileged few invited to their secret groups. That's fine by me as I have seen these type of people come and go over the years and very very rarely have they ever been as influential or as knowledgeable as they would like to think or have others believe. These are anonymous boards so don't be taken in by all you read. All that said whilst I do have some reservations about a number of issues raised I am happy to see how things pan out over the next few weeks. At the end of the day (as I've said before) this is a binary play - it won't be staying at this level for long either way! Good luck to those genuine holders here - believe in whatever research you've done. If you aren't comfortable or too heavily exposed then don't be pressured by anyone here as there are many hidden agendas in play

I would like to assume that most participants here are of an adult age and I would expect most have skin in the game whether that be a few thousand or tens of millions. As someone that is invested in SYME I have enjoyed some of the points raised this morning. As an investor (not a trader) I want to hear concerns that other investors have - comments that raise valid issues that are substantiated and quantifiable add far more than the constant sniping that comes across as infantile. Would I rather hear why someone sold multi-millions of shares with a reasoned explanation why rather than someone claiming to have had a "top up of a million" with no substantiation or logic? Of course I would. Whether you choose to believe DA sold the quantity he did is up to you but I see no reason to doubt it - it was clearly discussed and believed by the cabal in another group. If I felt that DA was trying to manipulate the share price in any way then I may take a different view but I do not see any suggestion that this was the case. As I stated previously the company structure is not something that currently would make me re-consider my investment at this time. What I find is interesting is that one of the mostly respected posters here (WG) also has concerns and cannot explain the discrepancies without further research. It may well come to light in due course that the discrepancies may be easily explained and that all of this was a storm in a teacup. Until we know more I think it is futile to discuss it to death as most people here seem to have a closed mind about what they want to hear and will not tolerate contrary opinions. If posters can try and keep the discussions on topic and keep to facts or informed opinions then we might all be in a better position to decide on our longer-term strategies. The panic and excitement is mostly caused by traders who want in and out - the daily blips are neither here nor there for those with serious investments. This is almost a binary play and will either be a success or it will fail - I do not see there being any middle ground with the SP staying at this level for long (for good or bad)

@WG why is it not wise for DA to post his thoughts (and back that up by demonstration that he did in fact sell his holding) when it is perfectly acceptable for others to post wild speculation on company structures weeks ago that caused such wild fervour? Again this should be an adult group for discussion and we should review both negatives and positives. I personally am not overly concerned about the ownership intricacies as a) no-one here has a clue in reality despite what they may state and b) my investment decision was based on the business model. I do not feel that anyone should be vilified for sharing their investment strategy if it changes and they substantiate that decision. Some members here seem to advocate the sharing of that information amongst their own secret groups but not on a public board. That smacks very much of double standards. We all have our opinions and strategies and just because someone's may differ from our own does not automatically make them wrong. The wise investor will seek out information to better understand his investment whether that information is positive or negative. Despite what some of those frothing at the mouth are claiming I have yet to see anything that suggests DA's comments are not genuine concerns. Please keep the personal attacks out of the discussions as it immediately devalues the poster

Guys take a step back for a second. There is information being posted from a reputable source by da and I believe it warrants a proper discussion rather than posters claiming it is libellous and bans will be implemented. At least WG has addressed it in a proper way and yes it does appear that no-one actually has a clue of the financial structure of the business. It's all currently guesswork and whilst some posters have done a lot of digging and come up with some theories it seems to me that when those theories are posted by certain popular members everyone treats them as gospel yet when they aren't the mob jump up and down screaming for the poster to be burnt at the stake. I'm glad WG posted a reply as it shows that we are in the unknown unknown territory. Stop the personal attacks as it's turning this BB into a kindergarten. We should all be here to discuss the company and that includes both positives and negatives. I understand the frustration that the SP has remained stagnant for some time and that some investors are currently sat at a loss but AZ's interview of yesterday was very positive if you listen and take the right information from it and he confirmed SH news will be coming soon. The company will provide the information we need in due course so live and let live here and show some respect for posts that show some genuine research even if it differs from your own opinions

Earache you really have some issues! Why would you say someone deserves to lose money because they didn't listen to you? Are you really that egotistical that you feel you are everyone's saviour? H202 decided to hold because he believes in the company - you think differently which is your prerogative. I would suggest you take a breath and actually think about what you post as I very much doubt you would say what you say behind the safety of a keyboard to someone's face. You come across as a very narrow-minded and bitter individual and why not try stopping attacking people for a while as you will probably feel much better for it and your blood pressure would probably improve as a result. Having watched the presentation yesterday I am genuinely excited in a way that I haven't been in over 20 years of investing. This is no ordinary company and we are lucky enough to be part of something special that doesn't come around too often
For those of you that didn't see the presentation (and for those of you that did here's a reminder) our two CEOs started off with a very personal introduction about their backgrounds and shared their business principles. Worth understanding:-

Do the right thing
Build relationships with partners that are either passionate , consistent or highly skilled ....preferably all three!
Surround yourself with people better than you
Winners never stop
Seek and find genuine people, avoid all the rest
Don't do business with A-holes! Life is too short

Our CEO's aren't conventional - they aren't suit-wearing conformists and aren't interested in saying what they think we want hear. They say it straight. They are a breath of fresh air. They have a passion for what they do and have industry-leading experience and knowledge. Rather than rushing to make a quick buck they have concentrated on getting everything right to ensure that what we have is the best and is sustainable. They have watched while others have failed. I love the fact that they openly admit they have made mistakes but they instil confidence by assuring us that they won't make the same mistakes again. They have thought everything through and we are now in a position to start reaping the rewards. The potential market is huge and I genuinely believe that we are at the top of the tree being guided by CEO's with a real vision. Individuals like these are the kind that have Hollywood films made about them in 10 years time. Watch this space and enjoy the ride

The same way we’ve benefited from the jump from sub 10p to where we are now. Numbers will come but some patience and belief is required. If that doesn’t suit some investors then so be it

If anyone has any doubts about the way Zoetic are going I hope they get a chance to listen to the presentation at a later point and hear these two guys! I am happy that my money is in very safe hands!!

For those of you getting excited about today’s SP please bear in mind where we were a few years ago. I even bought shares in HNR at a 50% premium on today’s SP! Fortunately I’ve brought my average down to single digits and am very happy with where we are going and I hope that those who bought at 60-70p back in the day have held and will get all their money back and more!!
