Haha - if you're not into bragging about which Ibiza nightclubs you've been to, post pictures of you jumping off a skanky party boat or posting pictures of your old Ford Sierra then you're not welcome! It started off ok and with good intentions but has deteriorated into something that doesn't interest me with very little discussion relevant to the company. Maybe things will improve post re-submission but I doubt it somehow

Micky1 - the danger of allowing 300+ posts of completely random chat (not always restricted to Saturday nights) is that anything of value that may be posted is lost in the noise. A bit of banter of course is understandable but there is a danger of it getting out of control.

Some posters here are being pathetic and have dragged this board down to an intolerable level.

I was incorrectly thinking this was an adult forum but it seems to have been taken over by adolescents who just want to squabble - until some of the egos here stop getting personal then we really are all doomed. I had the misfortune to check the Telegram group this morning to see hundreds of posts regarding Ibiza night clubs. I am actually starting to question whether people are using any of these groups to discuss and share information/thoughts about the company or whether they are just some kind of group for needy people who have no real people in their lives to talk to.

People will always have different opinions to your own but it doesn't mean you have to turn that into a personal battle.

nobbie you are using the same old p/e argument yet you are using it selectively. You don't seem to use that argument for AEX and when asked why not you talk about the future potential as justification for why you think it's a good investment. Your basis for considering AEX a good investment is exactly the same as here (have you even bothered to do any research on the potential here?) yet you seem to blindly follow TW without any thoughts of your own. And your comment earlier about the SP sliding here is somewhat blinkered again - have you checked your AEX SP this morning?

@MikePerchman - unfortunately nobbie doesn't have any money - he missed the boat here and has lot a load on AEX - karma eh? Seems that he has the Midas touch in reverse

@starbright - yes I followed him here to say that as quite frankly I tire of people that come on to a board to bad mouth a company and create havoc. Actions have consequences. If he doesn't behave like that here then I'm pleased for you and the other board members but be aware he has an agenda. Take care

For all genuine holders here I'm sorry to see that you now have the pleasure of robbieishere - it doesn't bode well for you. He has a tendency to go on to share boards where he isn't invested to bad mouth companies. His business acumen is not great - when ZOE were at 66p he was shouting that it was heading to 2p yet 3 days later it hit 83p. Just beware and do not trust anything he says. Good luck

There seems to be an air of hostility here this evening (well more so than normal).
Whilst most of us are hoping for good news I think it makes sense not to dismiss posts that point out some of the potential issues. I'm not talking about the likes of TW but there are posts here that warrant reading whether you agree or not.
At the end of the day it really is a binary play. If the company fails we lose our money but if it doesn't then I believe that most holders will make a lot of money. It's really as simple as that (feast or famine) and within the next few months we will know one way or the other.

@Holly - be careful if this is your first CFD/short as the risks are huge and many people don't understand what they are getting themselves into. Losses can mount up very quickly. I think you have picked the wrong company to short and expect it to come out of suspension with a big RNS which could be very costly.

@happypennies I would suggest doing some more research and read RNSs as most of what you are asking has been covered and is in the public domain. If you listen to the CEOs and understand their vision then you will appreciate that they are not in this to sell out to a tobacco company.

nobbie - in all your wealth of investment experience I guess you've never come across any companies that are valued on future potential earnings - strange don't you think? With regard to the FDA link you posted that's great thanks - now could you please explain exactly where you think ZOE have not complied with the FDA requirements (and please go into detail)? If you can point out exactly where you think the company is in breach of those guidelines then I'll pass your CV on to our CEOs (...and by the way did you bother to check them out?) and also the legal advisers as clearly your expertise is something the company would be very interested in. I'm sure we will look back on you when you've given up here as our good luck charm much like your mate anaconda

nobbie - why do you think the FDA would pull the plug? What research have you done and what makes you think you (or TW) would know more about the regulations that apply to CBD (in all it's forms) than our CEOs? Do you even know who our CEOs are and what their background is? Have you actually done any research yourself? What makes you think it won't go to zero but will go to sub 5p? Please share your credentials so that we know we have a genius amongst us

Show me the RNS where it states the FCA are investigating SYME.
That is blatantly untrue and it has been made clear by everyone that matters that the company asked for the suspension and it is being dealt with. There has been NO mention by the FCA or SYME that there is anything untoward or that SYME are under investigation. You are clearly either reading between the lines, not yet awake or are here to stir things up.

There's only one person who has been saying that and it is blatantly NOT true. Contact the FCA and you'll find out. The correspondence from SYME via RNS and email correspondence makes it perfectly clear that there is no action being taken by the FCA. What a waste of oxygen
