It's pretty irrelevant what any posters say as everyone who holds is locked in and cannot do anything about it. When the share is back trading that will be when we know where the SP is going. Until that time people should put their feet up and get on with their lives as there is nothing that worrying about the situation here will achieve. It is the unknown unknown.

....and as someone that is heavily invested in ZOE we have had two weeks of TW doing his best to "take the company down" and fail badly. He is currently on the ropes and I would imagine staring bankruptcy in the face so hopefully SYME will finish him off once and for all

What a horrible little butt you are - taking a quick look at your posting history all you seem to do is go onto boards and bad mouth companies. Maybe spend a bit more time doing something more positive with your sorry little life as we really don't need you coming on here to save our investments that we've actually researched and invested real money into

If TW really thinks the FDA or FCA will give him the time of day over his claims he crazier than most people believe.
The whole article is garbage! He thinks when a statement reads "CBD is currently being studied for its promise in helping with many different health concerns, from heart health to depression to dementia" that is somehow an illegal statement and misleading. It looks to me like TW's legal understanding is almost as poor as his investment advice.
If anyone does actually read the article then they will almost certainly want check out the ZOE website and look at the fundamentals and probably invest as a consequence!
No wonder he's getting desperate as most pundits are forecasting all-time highs next week.

DJG I think it's the right thing to do as there is easy money to be made. I would guess most people will be in Cellular (even if we get 5% of the allocation only which is the strong suggestion) but I won't be holding those shares for any length of time and would not be buying on the open market. The nature of the beast is that it will spike on open and we will see over a few days whether there's much momentum. It would be rude to turn free money down but the long-term play is here and my money feels very safe!! It's all good publicity for us and exposes more people to the CBD market

Normski 4th Feb when SP was 68.6p - I have read the ZOE Report from TW/SP yesterday and would not touch ZOE with even your money. Time will tell who is to be proven right

Glad he didn't touch it with my money as we are up 19.5%.

Nobbie - you were supposedly £1k up when the SP was at 73p so I find it hard to believe you are still in profit at 78.6p

WG technically it is as we are currently still classified as O&G. People will soon realise how much further down the road we are when they start looking a bit deeper

If BAT came in with a $3BN offer I would think it would tempt many investors. I think in 5 years time we could be worth substantially more than that figure but we may never get that far if some of the big tobacco companies decide they want in and are prepared to pay well for the privilege

BrassGemini - it comes across that you have some sort of agenda here. If you do a small bit of research you will have a better understanding of the history and the reverse takeover. The previous company has nothing to do with SYME with regard to the finances. To state that people are suggesting the first few year financials of any company are irrelevant is just being deliberately argumentative. Every company is different and not every listed company has gone through a reverse takeover and in this instance previous financials have no relevance to what the company are now involved with and the future potential. Please do yourself a favour and read some of the RNSs if you really are that interested in understanding the history here.

DJG123 good luck with those companies you mentioned - when the initial excitement of the listings has waned and investors realise that these companies are so far behind ZOE and will need multiple placings to raise millions to get distributor deals set up, fund the manufacture of their products, get all their statutory approvals in place to cover all their products and then market their products you will see many rushing back to get in here. Unfortunately by then the SP here will be much higher!!

Agree - sadly some people just like to argue for the toss of it though!

With the personnel the company have onboarded and the potential partners that are being mooted then I would be very very surprised if the SP dropped upon a return to trading. There will be some that will sell as they may have got very nervous being locked in but I cannot envisage a scenario where the company issues a return to trading without an update and with the time that has passed I would expect it to be some update!

Leave them to it - certain members there think they are somehow superior. The admins have a mindset that they have some power that they don't have here and are therefore more important - they have allowed their mates in and turned it into a lads club. That's fine but sadly those that joined to discuss the company (even though we are in lockdown) will soon drift away. It could be policed and kept on track if there was a willingness but it's no longer about SYME but more about certain individuals showing off

....and it isn’t difficult to monitor - a polite reminder to keep it on track, followed by a warning is usually sufficient
