Wolf I understand that but we will be bringing in more money than we can ever re-invest so they will need to get rid of it somehow!

One thing to remember is that we do not need a lot of capital to grow the business. We are a service provider and scaling up is nowhere near as capital intensive as most other industries. We are not financing the monetisation but are taking a percentage and passing the finance and risk onto a third party. If we grow in accordance with the company plans then I would foresee dividend payments before 2024

Can people please stop mentioning RP? He was a disastrous CEO of a company I am invested in and just the reminder brings back bad memories!! Luckily since he went they've 10 bagged!

Sky - you say you don’t see any unique points in Zoetic’s products. As was mentioned below you obviously didn’t look very hard but if you care to look at a post from me earlier today I highlighted quite a few unique attributes we have for you. Use those to start with and you will no doubt find a few more.

Shaz I don't see a lot of sniping responses and the replies have not been rude nor resorted to name-calling. If you think the responses here have been in any way bad you clearly haven't been on some of the more popular boards on LSE! What I question is why someone that is not invested would come on to a board and deliberately post confrontational comments. Maybe you should address that? Sadly whenever we get a large daily rise we will attract more and more of these comments so expect a lot more disruption in the future

His only question was why our MC was similar to another company but as I'm sure you are well aware straight comparisons are meaningless. We are the only vertically integrated CBD company, we have the best seed quality, our production is organic, our compliance work is well ahead of anyone else, we are winning awards for our products and we have massive distributor agreements in place. Of course if you are a holder since 18p I'm sure you are familiar with all of the above.

You maybe should have watched the company presentation last month when they explained why there would be no imminent need for any cash raise in some depth. You don't seem to have done much research

Your comments clearly show you have no idea - before making yourself look more stupid why not check out the backgrounds of our joint CEO's - they know a bit more than you realise.

What you mean is that YOU aren't familiar with the Chill brand. those that know know!
There's plenty of information available online, read the board here and check the RNS's to give yourself a start.

What on earth makes you feel compelled to make a statement like that when the market dictates what they feel any company is with at any given time? Are you here to save us all from losing money? Many here have been invested for years and seen the company transform it's core business and many here bought in at single digit pennies so please don't tell us that we are all wrong and you are right.

Sadly as the SP continues to rise there will always be people that feel the need to exaggerate their holdings - take what anyone says here with a large pinch of salt and be happy with what you hold rather than worry about what others hold

Well done to all the genuine holders here - it's been a long trip for many but well worth the wait and when you look at the last few months it's been a beautiful rise! The champagne will be opened when 64p is passed as that was the highest price I paid for any of my shares (back in May 2016) but my account (like you Craigy) is getting quite scary and shows my ZOE holding +588%. No selling from me as this will continue to snowball and 2021 is shaping up to be a very good year for all!

It's an article based on the company in a former life and has no relevance to where we are today - things have moved on along way since then and we are only just beginning our journey

Welcome to the new guys and good to see that you have come in having done a bit of research and have a good idea of the fundamentals here. I have to agree with Steve17 and say that in the earlier calculations the p/e of 10 is very conservative and I would think once we are up and running with proven sales then 40 would be more realistic. The projected sales figures posted yesterday are again conservative although I think 25% of the total sales outlets may be optimistic what was omitted was the other global markets and of course online sales. The margin on the online sales must be far better than the outlet sales and having spent over £160 on Friday on a few presents I think the potential there is certainly not to be ignored. I am not one for making too many SP predictions and valuing companies but with very conservative annual profits of £75-100M (based on global and online sales) with a P/E of 30 (again conservative for this sector) we have a long way to go yet!

HD agreed and my comment was not meant in a negative way - I'm just an old cynic these days I guess and at the end of the day we are all anonymous names here all with different reasons to be here. It's been a long wait and it looks like momentum is really building. I checked recently to work out my average here (with shares held in an ISA the average shown there is not accurate) and the highest I ever paid for a tranche was 62p! Whilst my average has been brought down massively over the years it will be a psychological barrier to cross!

HD I have held since April 2016 and have amassed a substantial holding and as I say good luck to you. I guess over the years I have become suspicious when posters claim to have substantial holdings and then disappear. As I say if you have then very shrewd investing and the best of luck.
I am well aware of the companies history and was active on here when grapheast was waxing lyrical about the potential of DTU and yes held through the bad times of our previous CEO

I'm not sure I really believe that someone holding around £1.7M worth of shares or nearly 2% of the company would be quite that active on a BB but if it's true best of luck to you (not that you need it)

For those investors that didn't see the recent presentation Antonio and Trevor made it perfectly clear that they have spent a lot of time working to ensure that the company is ready for roll-out, have financing in place and have the supply of raw product in-hand. The reason they did not rush things was because they wanted to get it right and worked through all the potential challenges to make this a success. They watched other CBD companies rush product to market and fail - either for compliance issues or quality or inability to supply. They took these lessons on board and put the infrastructure in place to ensure that these would not harm our business. It was made crystal clear that our quality is paramount and is sustainable with the projected scaling-up, there would be no reason to seek any cash-raising and that the volume to meet demand could be met. If anyone has genuine concerns about their strategy (rather than those people that use these issues to unsettle investors) then an email to the company will be met with a prompt response. For those that worry about the lack of financial information and numbers being issued by the company that was again covered in the presentation - Antonio and Trevor have spent many years in this industry and their knowledge is probably second to none. They have a clear vision of where we are heading and a path to get us there and at this stage they are not prepared to give the competition any insights into where we are now and a free road map to help them play catch-up. No doubt that information will come to light in due course but by that point ZOE will be well set and building on the excellent foundations the CEOs are putting into place now.

Yet you missed the opportunity to have made 300% + in less than 3 months so maybe a veteran investor but not someone that could be deemed successful or plausible really
