Kabaa - you are making yourself look foolish. Beckham’s investment company took a stake in CBX at 1p per share. Beckham would not even have heard of the company. The company have stated that he has no involvement and will not be involved in any marketing. The only mention of Beckham on their website is where they have taken news stories referring to his investment company and posted the link. If you think he is going to promote the company you are clutching at straws

chrishuthch - if you think the Beckhams are somehow involved here I would suggest you don't look to increase your 13,000+ posts and spend some time doing more research. The stock market will relieve you of your investments very quickly.

It means someone who already has a notifiable holding in the company has just spent millions more buying additional shares in the open market and has increased his holding in the company. Last time he did it the SP went up around 10%. It shows he feels this is very undervalued at the current share price and knows the potential here

....if the products are on schedule to be on the shelves in September than I agree that SP should be higher than it is now

Jax - people bought in on the spike because the share was being over-hyped and people posting lies on boards. Whether you like it or not this has an impact on some people's decisions to invest (not recommended). What has changed since then is that reality has sunk in and people have realised Beckham is NOT involved. there are no products on shelves and there will be no profits for 2 years. Some of this information was in the public domain but was drowned out by comments encouraging people to get in at any price as it was heading to 50p. Not everyone does their di=ue diligence as thoroughly as others

gregpeck - why is it inevitable that the company will involve Beckham in the marketing? His only connection (tenuous) is that his investment company bought shares at 1p. He doesn't represent any other companies that his investment arm has involvement with so why would he be involved with the marketing here? You do know the company have confirmed he has nothing to do with the company don't you?
Sadly it is disingenuous statement like this that are causing the SP to drop. Stick to the facts and it may start to turn around.

They've already given an indication of products being launched in Autumn - do you feel this has been brought forward?
Once again you really need to drop the David Beckham link - it's misleading. His investment company bought a stake in the business at 1p. DB has probably not even heard of CBX. He isn't going to be involved with the company in any way.

This company will do well I'm sure but you have to be realistic and stop posting the misleading comments you do

If you don't need the money at present then you need to ask yourself which would hurt you more - leaving the money invested and the SP dropping 20% (which here looks unlikely) or taking the money out now and watching the SP rise 20%. Either scenario could happen and what's right for one person may not be right for another. I hope your decision works out well for you either way

There will always be differences but there's usually someone out there doing something. There's always room for more than one or two brands in most markets and competition can be healthy

"I think AZ would get credit from investors if he was upfront and open" - I disagree - I think AZ will get deserved credit for the SP if it rises upon re-listing. Conversely if it drops then he will get a hard time. The FCA haven't raised issues and the reasons for the suspension and the delay have already been explained. If you choose to disbelieve what investors have been told that's up to you and your fellow conspiracy theorists.

That's not why the investors are holding here (and that includes a lot of very high net worth investors) - this is not a share that will deliver a few baggers from here this is a share that will be talked about for years to come. These levels are still cheap and if you search for the VOX interview with John Story you will get an appreciation of why he has invested (and continues to invest) millions here. He stated that the SP at the time of the interview (around 80p) was in his opinion cheaper that the 10p levels last year. Think about that for while as it means he thinks this has a LONG way to go! The CEOs have referred to where we currently are as the "prepare for lift-off phase" so in their view we have barely started.
