Exactly @EV. LoL. Maybe the perverted logic goes, well if we are 90% of the way there and we've been travelling for what, 30 months?, that means there is another 3 months to go. OK... 20% news could land anytime, ANY TIME! ;-)

Let's hope this time round with the banks it's a resounding yes, rather than back to us for minor alterations! So far I haven't seen any objection to the additional $10m so it feels like we are still very much aligned, and it's just lawyers dotting the i's and crossing the t's. Got to make a living ;-)

Indeed @Barksy. Been hearing this "but we don't own anything" nonsense from 3p. It's about probability of success vs returns if we are successful, not absolutes of we own something, we don't own something. Not rocket science is it!? ;-)

@Tradecraft, Now we have proved a very decent shipping rate from the public port, once the private port is operational it could mean a doubling, perhaps even more of the Mtpa in the JRP (5.3Mtpa), and perhaps the PFS might hint at this possibility. This could increase the NPV substantially - I forget whether your spreadsheets contemplate this possibility or not.

Indeed @tomcat. Make no mistake this could land at any time in the next few days or weeks, but it could be months too. But the project continues regardless, including "sufficient funding to complete the PFS" :-))))

To my eyes, "at the time of writing" means the BoD are expecting the agreement to land imminently too. i.e. At time of publication this statement may not be true... Got to cover your backs with the RNS police ;-)
