This mornings RNS may have been released to notify any person taking a position when they have to declare their holdings? Bit unusual unless the BoD have an inkling that some one is interested in taking a notifiable position?

Brighty I for one wouldn’t be surprised to see an RNS drop during trading hours. Possibly either collaboration on a stable COVID vaccine and/or oral delivery or a TO bid from one of the major pharmaceutical companies.
I’ve had more than a nibble as my SIPP is entirely invested in N4P now plus holding some in my ISA.

The only ‘good’ thing about the further dilution is that it is about 1% of the total shares on issue.

Could be a very good move getting back in at that price twisty. It’s positive news that the BoD want to agree a way through the very high upheld claims. But key to reducing these very high upheld complaints and the success of their future lending (therefore AMIGO’s profitability) will be their lending practices going forward. This BoD continues to make moves that inspire confidence.

Shaking head emoji. So we start to drill and the share price drops by 5% - can’t wait to see the price when we start to extract the oil! Lol

Hi Figgy been driving all day (collecting my son from uni) feel a bit like Mark1973 must feel like!
Not sure what to predict about a year end share price. However I’m very confident about holding for the uprise that I’m sure will come. My confidence is based on this being a proved positive storage and delivery of DNA (not too far a leap to delivering RNA), its an oral delivery system and although COVID vaccinations have been proven to be effective they will very likely need to be repeated to ensure continuous protection so oral will be preferred to injections. This delivery system is useful for many more applications than simply COVID (which in itself has HUGE potential) Although I’ve confidence it will go much higher let’s keep it simple and I’ll say without news possibly as low as 7.25 (for all the derampers out there)and with the sort of news that I’m sure is being worked upon at least 21 at year end with expectations of a fairly steady continuous rise after that.

Another very positive RNS that delivers on the previous indication about increased future revenue.

Not a great amount but it brings me up to £30k invested here across my SIPP and ISA.

At these prices there’s temptation to sell all my other shares and add a great deal more but instead I’ve added just under 30,000 shares.

Solving the issue of cold chain storage for COVID vaccinations is not the only reason to be confident in the commercial applications of N4P’s research.

"Our research has indicated that certain characteristics of Nuvec® could make it particularly well suited as a delivery system for oral vaccines. The ability to demonstrate potential for success in this area would give us a very clear and strong competitive advantage over other delivery systems which are less suited for oral delivery of vaccines.” Nigel Theobald -RNS strategic update in July Since then they have delivered proof of the concept using it to deliver DNA and have sorted out funding. It’s a short step to proving it for RNA vaccinations (but who doesn’t think the lead RNA they will now be trying to prove it with isn’t for a COVID vaccination?).

Also who wouldn’t prefer an oral vaccination as opposed to a needle? Besides the cost savings on equipment it would also help to ensure compliance. Millions of people will need repeated vaccinations and in countries without a lot of cold chain storage this will be much easier using NP4.

IMHO Anyone adding now and holding should feel very confident about getting a return on their investment.

Very pleasantly surprised not to see the drop I expected after this mornings RNS. Bodes well that investors who got in below today’s opening price can see there’s ‘bags’ more profit to be had from continuing to hold. GLA.
Zag I’m also frustrated at the price agreed for the latest fund raising but I’m still chuckling your earlier witticism about changing the meaning of Fully Funded in the dictionary after the repeated use of it by BPC - not the only company to do this though.

It wouldn’t surprise me to see their next RNS being positive results from incorporating one of the main COVID vaccine manufacturers with N4P’s delivery and storage methods (especially as they have already done the heavy lifting by proving it with DNA) and a joint announcement of a new vaccine product that doesn’t need cold chain storage.
Followed by multiple RNS’s for all the orders! GLA

Looking at news today. Two other COVID vaccines being trialed have been stopped after one showed false HIV positives and the other had negligible effectiveness in the elderly. This narrows the choice of COVID vaccines with two of the main ones that are currently approved requiring ultra cold storage. The problem that N4P believes they have the solution for and are now fully funded and working to prove. The BoD didn’t release their last RNS outside of trading hours and may therefore release their next news during trading. Very happy to hold here. GLA

Twisty got me into RR and I doubled my investment there so I’ll always have a soft spot for twisty. I’ve held some others that are well up now CINE SAGA IAG and fully expect my more recent investments, BPC N4P and DDDD, to follow them. Especially if they get a well stirred broth!

An RNS could drop at any time. The BoD dropped the last one during trading time, which acted as a bit of a bombshell, the next one could be about N4P collaboration or testing of a very relevant new product and that RNS would cause the SP to rocket! It’s not only possible it’s what they have stated they did the placing for!
