If JP have done this to increase their voting rights surely that supports the theory that an interested party may be building a position and wanting to mount a bid? (as that would have to be voted on?).

I’ve also added (again). Looking at the trades there are some chunky buys going through as well as the same odd amounts repeated several times - could mean nothing but I think it may indicate the big boys are still accumulating.

Wasn’t there a discussion about not setting a stop loss at 15p yesterday on here?

Just added in the dip. All shares are a gamble but I’m happy holding and adding here. At least I’m in good company!

Lol knew what you meant Cando. I think we agree that even at 20p the company is undervalued!

I thought that JB turned down a bid at 20p a share when he held 60% of shares as he said it was worth much more than that. He sold out (IMHO) because even though he was a majority shareholder he had no power over the old BoD to stop the inefficient lending and high upheld complaints rates (when he raised this the SP crashed).

I was thinking it could be that JPM might be just one firm of several used by someone in building up a stake? Either JB wanting to get back control or the supposed offerer that JB was said to have turned down at 20p a share?

At what percentage is the threshold when a holder has to declare a bid for the company?

If JB did try to come back it might do wonders for the share price (in the short term). I believe it crashed when he first identified and blew the whistle on the high rates of upheld complaints. As the founder of the company I can understand how gutting it must have been to be a majority shareholder with no real power to influence the actions of the old BoD so I wouldn’t blame him for not being able to stay away from his ‘baby’. - As I haven’t been able to stay away! ;-)

Mouse those were the days on this board. I was thinking that the board was addictive (in a good way) because of the quality of the posters. Got so at one stage I was all in (fully invested in her with both my SIPP and ISA) I’ve a much smaller holding now but more confident now with this BoD and outlook for the company which seems much more likely to succeed. Very reassuring to see II taking up positions. Good luck!

Although we can see an understandable increase in sentiment for recovery stocks. COVID is going to be around for years. There will be other variants and the need for repeat vaccinations. N4P is working towards being ideally placed to meet that massive need. I’m happy to ride out any short term volatility and looking forward to the imminent update (which N4P have shown they can release at anytime).

My rationale for investing bears in mind proven mantras about investing:
Buy low sell high - share price here is at record low levels.
Be fearful when others are brave and brave when others are fearful!
Invest in value - the upheld yield here is good value
So I’ve bought 2000 shares of GSK and am happy holding here.

I’ve added - good sustained yield and SP at a low point.

Not long to wait and I for one am very happy to be holding here.
If it drops I will also add!

Must admit after yesterday’s rise a slight pull back today could be expected, but I’m still surprised to see it. Still I’m confident we can still expect to see it rise much further so I’ve added a few more.
