Wonder what effect (if any) that has on my (and anyone else’s) stop loss? Is it possible having that already set means we’re in a win win situation? Or if at the end of this they do go bust (which I don’t believe will happen) we lose the lot?

I could see Gary presenting a done deal with FCA to the court as I’m sure he would already have been in talks to find out what they have in mind would find as an acceptable compromise.

Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon I tell yah! Soon!

I put two buys in today adding 7k to my SIPP and 12k into my ISA so definitely +1 from me

I must admit I do miss the input from Vinson and his list.
I also think that any damage done by showing how rich some shareholders could get has been done now.
My own efforts to look at how the II holdings have changed seems to suggest that they have increased since the last time that list was published -

As looking at the changes of the main major holders as published previously here and on RNS services it seems overall a slight increase (by Bybrook) from the last time ‘the list’ was posted i.e.

since then RNS on 10 May [so down by 0.08%]

Vinson started this thread and I thought I’d post his last balls of steel list (cut and pasted from the last time he posted it). My hope would be for Vinson to come back and update it, but in the absence of that perhaps someone on the list? could update it? (I’m definitely not on the list or anywhere near it as I’m just hoping for enough for the sausage rolls from Greggs!). GLA

So far all good but I’d better just see how things are after today’s dust settles! (Especially if I want to continue my happy marriage!). GLA!

I just think that the FCA just want to see some rebalance of profit towards the claimants and still don’t want to see AMIGO fail as that would be in no ones best interest. Therefore I believe the SOA will go through (with modification - perhaps a greater percentage to claimants?) and it is in everyone’s best interests for Amigo to restart lending and becoming profitable again.

This drop has been well overdone!

After all the RNS states ‘ The FCA's letter states that its concerns are in relation to Scheme creditors' claims being significantly reduced whilst other stakeholders such as shareholders are not being asked to contribute, and the terms of the Scheme arrangements do not arise out of negotiations with Scheme creditors or any body representative of their interests’.

Nothings changed essentially so a good point to top up (which I’ve also done). Seems like an obvious ‘tree shake’ trying to trigger the stop losses or panic retail investors to sell out.
