No idea really. Company not great at comms, unless it suits them. There has to be something happen, or the company is forced to delist. Hopefully there is a strategy in place to avoid this. Given their track record, I'm not overly confident

LLoydwill - a waste of time as the buy / sell figures are meaningless. The figures are calculated automatically by comparing the price to the mid-point between the bid and ask prices at the time. It is perfectly possible for a "sell" to be at a price above the mid- point and be recorded as a buy, and vice versa. Remember that for every sell there is a buy; what is more relevant is the volume of orders (buy and sell) placed at varying prices - the MMs are there to facilitate trades and if there are significant orders to buy at lower prices they will seek to lower the bid and ask to make the trade.

I have no idea what your post means. You mention "direct correlation price" (sic); I didn't. My post was merely to correct your blatently wrong statement that US dealings, in RR stock and ADRs, has no impact on the SP here.

Wrong Lloydy - Shaowfall is correct, and it is also true that when investors buy RYCEY the issuing bank must hold equivalent value RR.LON shares as collateral. Therefor RYCEY transactions do affect the price here. Perhaps you should check your facts before sounding off.

They are obliged, within 6 months (of 21 July 2020), to make an acquisition amounting to a reverse takeover. On 20 Jan they requested a suspension from AIM pending announcement of such an acquisition. If the deal falls through, the suspension remains for 6 months until a re-admission Transaction is completed or shares are then delisted.

Does nobody else see the irony of what's been happening on this board over the past few days? It is obvious that we have been under concerted attack by an organised group of trolls. Their intention is to disrupt sensible discussion about the company and it's prospects, and create tension and doubt amongst board readers.

Idealised's 18:14 post quoted Dan Levi's excellent 2009 summary of "stock bashers" and people should read it. Near the end he says "What you need to avoid is getting into a conversation with the basher himself or herself about the topic. Once you get into direct conversation with a basher, you give the basher credibility. Answer the question if you need to, but do it indirectly. Never use the basher’s name. Never get into a personality contest with a basher."

And what has happened? A very large percentage of posts have been devoted to arguing with them, perpetuating their disruption, even spawning conspiracy theories about evil schemes from "big money" and aggressive attacks on innocent posters followed by apologies. This amounts to doing their job for them.

The SP will do what it will do, for whatever reason. Will it affect the end result? Even the position of the company over the next year? NO. I'm not saying ignore them - they should be identified and reported, and untruths and innuendo met with facts. Isn't that the purpose of the data bank set up by some holders?

It is a specific analysis of risk to holders and prospective holders of bonds issued by RR, ie it's ability to raise short and long term debt amongst financial institutions. The description of their BB rating is "BB : more prone to changes in the economy". What a surprise, given the global situation.

Reading the full text actually provides some positives; eg "following the recapitalisation the group's liquidity at end-2020 was around GBP9 billion, which is more than sufficient to cover the expected operational FCF and debt maturities for 2021. This, together with cash conservation measures introduced through the restructuring, provides the group with the financial and operating headroom in the short term to address challenges arising from the pandemic."

RR are not listed on the US stock market. RYCEY is an ADR (American Depository Receipt. ADRs are issued by US banks, and are not necessarily equivalent to a single London listed share. They may be a percentage of a share, a single share, or multiples of shares. I don't know which RYCEY is, but with currency fluctuations, there is often disparity in relative prices. The value of RYCEY and other ADRs are backed by purchase by the issuing bank of RR shares in London

I think that to understand GGP fully, you would need about a dozen separate curves for each of their prospects. Scally and most other projects are at varying stages of the discovery phase, and will be moving through this at varying speeds this year, particularly for those in the Juri JV.

Havieron however, does not meet the model. There was no significant orphan period with associated loss of value - there has been a steady(!) rise since discovery and early development is commencing while feasiblity is still ongoing - we still don't know the scale of the resource. Forget the shown timescales of up to 7 years from discovery to development; if all goes well we could be looking at first revenue next year.
