Sorry for the delay in clarifying as bit distracted. I think the confusion is whether the test is paid for privately or publicly. So you are right that Premiatha’s IONA test has been represented at St George’s Centre of Excellence since 2015 and is available from 45 hospitals and private clinics as per their website. However the inclusion of the NIPT test on the Care Pathway by the NHS NSC was significant as it opened up the availability of the test to (high-risk) pregnancies on the public purse via NHS in England. This was similarly followed by similar announcements by the NHS NSC in Wales and similar bodies in France and Netherlands etc. Hence the furore on twitter we were publicly financing euthanasia and the Nuffield Bioethics which supported the inclusion on the NSC. The Liverpool Trust NHS announcement is significant as either each NHS Trust is going out to individually tender or otherwise there is a Master Procurement Framework agreement in place for widespread training and provision through a sole or shortlist provider. They've doubled the number of shares and just had 4 share dilutions this year alone. Good thing they've double the size of the BoD and Management Team to give a uniform picture. So good thing we think they're no plans afoot. I had thought the point of an EGM was to hold the BoD to account at exceptional circumstances.

Looks like it. At present there are 321m shares in issue post consolidation there would be 321,219 with aggregate nominal value of �321,219. In Dec 2016 the resolution passed that they were able to divide each 10p Existing Ordinary Share into one New Ordinary Share (having a par value of 0.1p) and one New 9.9p Deferred Share (having a par value of 9.9p). Post consolidation the par value would be 1p of an Ordinary Share. At least that's my stunted reading of it.
