I am not so sure about that..as far as I can remember without looking it up Quob park estates sold their holding to Quob technologies ltd or something like that so presumeably still controlled by Terry and if the holding was reduced we would of had a threshold crossing notification via rns so don't know about that one. I believe some contractors were paid in shares for work done so they could of been off loading which would probably make more sense

well I got involved after reading trading update of increased revenue and bookings and the willingness of customers to renew contracts and the fact they were also optimistic about new contracts coupled with the man at the helm to financially support when monies needed although on reflection maybe this is not such a good thing from certain angle..not the fact that the chairman is prepared to lend money but the fact that Imtk has not got the cash to trade without him..hopefully when the market malaise calms down a bit , the RT factor is dealt with one way or another and we have another trading update due soon I believe perhaps we will have a clearer picture but the company does appear to be on a solid footing certainly with the Bod backing

I think you will find the prices I quoted re the two placings are correct re the one for 120 k where directors subscribed for 20k of shares was at 6p but only 100k raised from other investors which in the grand scheme of things is not a great deal of money but the earlier raising of 500k was at less than 3p before RT got involved I think..i have no idea what Quob are up to..it seems at the moment they have adopted a similar investing strategy to myself of buying high and selling low !!

From memory the earlier placings were carried out before RT was invested and the one for 500k at much lower price under 3p I believe and before that director took the shares...the city will generally forgive once if they made a lot of money on an individuals stockmarket venture like RT and TIG..so when Quindell went pear shaped with more than a few accounting questions still to be answered he is not flavour of the month..and I think although don't know and don't follow it closely enough but Dan would rather have delisted rather than take Quobs money obviously at very unfavourable terms

I think that is a little exaggerated as I believe imtk raised about 120 k just after Terry started stake building but 20k of which came from directors so we are not exactly talking big numbers here..and I would not of said that the directors were particularly pleased with the interference from him

What in gods name are you talking about..can you try and explain to me how Imtk gained from recent share transactions

To be honest RT does not seem to have a very good effect on most of the companies he gets involved in and after Quindell most bods would probably start having palpitations if he started building a position in their company..i think imtk are best off without him
