Just to clarify I agree with all you have said Toro but would also like to make it clear that not all fund raising is bad..quite the contrary if what they are doing with the money adds exceptional value the sp should rise..also I would emphasise wherever Nm has been involved it has always been done economically where funds are concerned and on that score we are in good hands..as I said could well be a red herring anyway

I should have said whereby not therefore..unusual again in IRR where you have a few buys however small where the price does not move this am

Hi ATG your response to my comment re fund raise sort of agreed with me as i said the market might be anticipating therefore i was pointing out a reason for the weakness..given that your timeline of november is circa 25 weeks away that is aligned with what i was suggesting rather than no way..however I am happy to be wrong

Hi Toro I always tend to have it in mind when investing in exploration companies that they can never generally have enough cash..I think solg have done brilliantly supported by NM all the way but after they raised a substantial amount and to all intents seemed financed for the forseeable future then went and raised another chunk when nobody was quite expecting it but one always knew it would be a possibility because these well run companies never leave it until the last minute..I hear what VM said and am aware of that only my gut feeling

Fwiw my two pennies worth and own speculation to what is going on..it is clear there is an awful lot going on at IRR and with their ever increasing portfolio alot more to be done..right or wrong i think the market is anticipating another fund raise which might explain those sells in advance..if that is the case i wonder if pis will get a chance to subscribe although it was all done in house last time with our largest shareholders

I agree entirely and think that IRR is building multi district commodity resources with potential to be a major player in the supply of these much needed deposits which all take time to develop and can be quite boring waiting for the pieces of jigsaw to fall into place..I also think there is sometimes a disconnect between a value placed on a company and what the sp is and that is for management to do something about..hopefully in time the right sp moving news will come along but dont like second guessing on sell trades

Really how does that work then if shorter carries on selling in big numbers without buys to counter surely the price goes down without news..ps as a little aside i am sure there is plenty of good news to come from IRR but if the ceo gives hints on exciting news to come in the way of an upcoming rns and then it does not appear in a short timeframe that is fodder for traders to take advantage

ATG that is probably worse i think i would rather have mms trying to fool the market or pis selling rather than someone taking a big short lol

But there is Davey and you cannot get away from the fact that jps share sale precipitated a continuation and acceleration of the weakness in the sp and whatever is going on with Marcos clients..it just does not instill confidence when you are coming up to the most vital part in the company's history and it appears the CEO is baling

Ex British gas guys in that vid..one working three watching and health and safety would close the site down if it was over here lol

On the other side of the coin if you managed to persuade investors to see the error of their ways and save what is left of their holding only for sound to then prove up more gas possibly a whole lot more would you say your credibility as a pundit on sound as an investment is shot ?

I think that would be a real result however a little unlikely that high..however if the IPPC somehow turned up in the mix beforehand that would certainly improve sentiment and nudge the sp hopefully in the right direction

ATG ..a genuine question for you..if as you say these are not pi trades but dodgy mm dealings then surely you cannot pay too much attention to technical indicators as it is a false situation ? I would like to know your thoughts as surely you cannot have it both ways

I think it will depend on how much interest there is from other parties..there are some whose infrastructure is in place in close locality that probably will not want someone else getting their hands on it

I made the point at the time when AST held the conference call that it was a great idea to engage with what is essentially a private investor shareholder base in that way..what i would add though is as many on here are seeking please do not be economic with the facts because the sp damage limitation you think you are preserving at the time will probably come back and really bite you when the truth outs

Personally I am happy to see how the SR pans out and will take a view after relevant announcements made but good luck with balanced approach

Actually to be fair if you are going to contribute something sensible it would not bother me if a shareholder or not..perfectly valid to find out some answers before investing or not
