Just for you ATG with a balanced view I do think there is something unusual with todays trades and watching earlier when the first trade buy came in at 32 thought there would be a quick uplift if it was followed by more buys..however apparently not and someone else pointed out if it had been the other way round they would of gone into reverse quite sharpish..in the balance of fairness and all that..good weekend to all

I just do not see the point given the BOD are now going through a process that will hopefully deliver better value to shareholders than they are getting now..if the BOD refused to do anything other than what suited them then that would be a different call but they have effectively said we are open to offers and nothing is off the table whether it be a jv ,partner or t/o as long as any deal stacks up to give value..to be honest i dont think you can ask for much more in the circumstances

With regards to an action group is it probably best not to wait for the outcome of the review..in part this is an acceptance by the BOD that shareholder value is not being realized and in reality without further dilution their hands are tied..shareholders in the main would not want to see any more raises given what has happened so far and their is a strong possibility that CH and co will hand the reins over to somebody else anyway..on a separate note have just done some reasonably quick calcs on finance..working on the basis we had cica �1 million in the bank year end production to end of April not allowing for the increase in price for the gas after expenses would have given us circa 380000 euros..so from our balance of circa 1.4 million end April we have to deduct the cost of works to pg11a plus add a little back in for the increase in gas price for whatever period that was

I am not going to go on about this anymore after this post but if you look at my history i have not been consistently bearish..as for being a lth i originally bought at 10p and continued to buy and as stated earlier will top up if it drops a little bit more..if it does not i am happy with what i am holding and on a last note all i said about this board before you turned up was that it was respectful..i just did not think someone who had decided to sell should be called idiotic..i will not say anymore on the subject

Not really being confrontational I just didn't like you chatting away saying things as if they were gospel and not being questioned about it..you have already quoted some figures that were a bit way off the mark and then deriding someone for selling when the shares have been in a prolonged downtrend..just felt you needed to be called out on it..as it happens I will be in for the longer term and will probably add some more but not yet as I do think without news it has got further to drop

How do you know that was not a PI selling..you do not and the subsequent trades thereafter are so small they are irrelevant

think it must be quite difficult for the market to value IRR..there is no doubt in my mind that there is a grand plan going on here with the intention of building district size commodity factory..the only problem is the number of different projects and stages at where they are in the value setting point..ultimately i guess it is going to need some kind of corporate event where either something is sold to define some kind of value or another partner becomes involved injecting cash to further develop a resource project..a little bit ironic that in the 2017 results it was noted that the sp at 35p was undervaluing IRR assets ..given the fundraise at that price and obviously with all the further developments across the board it must be a bit of a disappointment to the BOD that the sp has declined another 30%..clearly the market simply does not understand what IRR has at the moment and until there is some meat on the bones i cannot see the sp rerating substantially ..juicy rns needed please

That maybe so but I have to disagree..never be afraid to take a profit or indeed to cut your losses..just because somebody does not agree with your perspective does not make their decision wrong..as it happens i agree with mike and that is why i am holding but as i have posted before i think to have any substantial upward move in the sp we do need some more fundamental news rather than the rather bitty albeit positive news thus far..maybe a little more regular updates would be helpful as well

A little bit strange Allthatglitters calling out someone for selling..as far as i know you dont know the reasons for them selling ..they could of held those shares from a lot lower and has seen them fall from their highs and wants to retain some profit just in case they fall further..selling on the back of others before end of tax year with the intention of buying back cheaper into isa..there could be many reasons but given IRR have been in a downtrend since 48p ish how can you be so sure he/she is being idiotic ?

Just thinking out aloud but what do peeps on here think about this suggestion..given that Ironridge has morphed into a predominately gold and lithium explorer and the iron assets have taken a back seat would a name change now be a little more appropriate to reflect the current status ..in addition is anyone au fait as to where we are with the iron ore assets with regards to development or even a possible sale to just move on and concentrate on the gold and lithium
