Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Going back to their claims that and I quote ' payments and the promise of a royalty potentially worth tens of millions '
Well thus far ALL have given Joy Transporters 2 , 360 , 035 shares with a value at the time circa 280k ..in addition a net smelter agreement of 2.5% which is not unusual in the mining industry..given they are a country mile from proving up anything in that area I think the payment and promise of millions is a little far fetched to say the very least !!
I did not quite get what Basher was on about with regards to the license and ALL not having it..as far as I am aware and reiterated in this mornings RNS that we have the necessary prospective licenses with operating permits and we have subsequently applied for a mining license to extract..I mean you would not apply for the latter until you knew you had a resource to mine !
Hmmm I did do a little trade this morning for a nice little gain but then I thought I was being clever when I sold 70000 @ 4p after buying them @ 1.18 p ! Lol ..I keep saying to myself be a little more patient but I dread to think how many years I have been waiting for something material to happen lol..just hope we are not being set up for more of the same
Genghis ..I hold my hands up re moot point but I was actually replying to Mr008 when he was saying that the MIIF investment was not good for ALL shareholders as it would reduce the equity of shareholders..I just made the comment that we would need to raise to fund our share regardless so if MIIF did not invest we would need to get it from somewhere else not that it would be a problem and I did make the comment it was more about the price /discount
Q ..perhaps you have been right all along and that is why the sp is where it is ..we are going to production and the only way is down !! I am sure a sale would reward more shareholders than trying to go to production
