and it's a shame that based on other company's success in the area the possible mixed messages that the RNS has caused a bit of a sell off. Given the original enthusiasm for drilling and the fact that this early days at the moment I'm quite happy to hold until the positive like hopefully the gas starts to flow. As always dyor and all imho.

he can. Some companies seem to almost treat shareholders with indifference if not a little contempt. I have never felt that with Peter Levine. He's put a lot of money into the company is controlling costs and only seems prepared to go for acquisitions that will add value imho. Like one of the posters said earlier on here - more patience, more great news then hopefully a higher sp.

Yes, Got to agree with you there napthman1. Very odd after all the good news of late with this company and more to come before not too long. However, I think it is very much market sentiment today. Hopefully that will change and people will start recognising the potential value here. Bought a few more today.

Admittedly Robert Ambrose probably cannot say much until the agenda is confirmed for the dates going forward, so my questions are firstly has he given any interviews that I have missed since the Farm Out was announced. Secondly, now that the Farm Out has been announced what do our Board of Directors actually do - presumably they cannot spend money they haven't got and if they do want to invest anywhere else it will be a combination of a capital raise or loan in some form. Third. does anyone know when this meeting relating to the planning of future drilling is going to take place.
My fear - and really this is what all the questions above relate to is - silence from the BoD has in the past been linked to a trend down in the sp - would love to see something has changed - but currently we are still playing a waiting game with no information flow - which is what has happened in the past.

today's RNS was cautious but positive and there might be some really good news with drilling at the end of November that the sp would move up and continue to trend upwards. Peter Levine has promised lots of news flow - cannot say he's not delivering at the moment - there also are probably things happening behind the scenes that we don't know about yet but could also have a big impact on the company and sp. Like I've said before a company that keeps delivering and building from firm foundations should have a resulting increase in the value of the company and it's sp - time will tell but like dasbig says on this bulletin board - I won't be selling at this price - though might be buying a few more.

Must agree with you Nelly71,
The dates provide more certainty and given Aminex's past record and not being able to provide dates there was a continual drift down in the sp. I am with the new operator in place hoping this changes - other people on this board have said to me that it will and that Solo are also eager to see the new plans going forward at this soon to be called meeting.
Hopefully once that meeting is called there will be more clarity but most importantly that information must be communicated otherwise I'm pretty sure we will be back to a continuous drift down in the sp. All imho and please dyor.

the sp would settle around what it opened at at about 1.5p. Lets hope this meeting happens soon, that the get their agenda and timings sorted and that the news gets out - so we don't get the usual big news followed by the long drift down which has been a pattern with Aminex for a long time now.

have had fingers burnt in this investment I can understand the resentment. I hope that some of the things the company have put in place and. with some potential in the relatively near term that the sp should move up. The sp can move up quickly and I am hoping it will but time will tell. Fingers crossed President Energy will get a few lucky breaks and the sp will be trending upwards before not too long.

Don't quite understand the theory and practice behind the company buying back shares. I thought one of the issues with President was the liquidity of shares available to be bought - wouldn't this reduce that. Further wouldn't someone - on behalf of the company if they were doing this have to declare it - is it a legal practice?
Just trying to understand if it is being done - how it works?

and the update on Monday should be very interesting and might provide us with a few insights as to the next few steps. Just one small point re there last spudded drill. 14Mbbs would give a substantial uplift to the value of President. Simplistically speaking if it was 14Mbbs and 20 dollars a barrel then that's 280million dollars and that is one part of the portfolio. Fingers crossed.

Solo interview and it sounds like whoever is interested in their Ruvhma assets it doesn't include Aminex. He didn't mention any names but suggested a number of parties had taken an interest in their data room - so this would exclude Aminex. A shame Aminex cannot get funding to buy part of Solo's share back. It sounds like Solo are going down the route of money from the sale of some or all of Ruvum and a capital raise to expand via Helium One and expansion in Europe.
