A good question. Why can't Aminex get in touch and organise that meeting. The sooner they get the go ahead the sooner they can start the drilling, regardless of anything else going on in the world at the moment. Only thing we ever get from Aminex though is positive sounding rumblings but no action!

I try to remain optimistic about things but this fall in general share prices and the current panic across the world is going to take quite some time to resolve itself. Looks like 2020 has in effect been written off. Nobel prize in medicine to someone who finds a cure for the Coronavirus. Just shows what damage to economies this sort of virus can cause. Ah well, presumably there is only so far the markets can fall before they start to rise again but I don't think that will be in 2020.

as to whether we are going to hear anything soon re the Farmout and the movement to drilling. Like last time an announcement was made of encouraging signs on September 24th and no news. On February 25th again the same happened and again no news. Just beginning to wonder if we will hear anything by the end of the first quarter and what Aminex has to do do to turn these encouraging signs into actual results. News by the end of the first half of this year anyone?
Time will tell but am fed up of waiting.

recent RNS and that RNS and recent RNSs they've consistently emphasized an interest in acquisition (s) in Argentina. Given this comment do people think Echo Energy(current mkt cap £7m) could be a potential target for President. If not maybe they are looking for acreage to complement there current acreage. If so given Brasso3 s recent comments is this a good idea or should they still go ahead hoping that the poo increases in the not too distant future, or should they be looking elsewhere where they can get a better margin?

PSAs coming back to Aminex and the Farm Out. I've started to lose track a bit re timescales and what is reasonable for us to now expect. Given what we have recently heard do people think it is reasonable that we should have heard something or received an RNS relating to this before the end of March? Otherwise all we have to go on is rumours of the like that say we have heard some positive rumblings that we might hear something soon. As you can possibly gather just having the continuous drift with rumours but no substance.

a company adds about 50% to it's production and will add further shortly and has further good news to come and the share price jumps 50% . Ah well I can dream but I'm sticking with this one. Cannot keep adding good news like this and not see a major uplift at some stage in the future and on time and on budget too with more plans being pushed forward in the near future.

All sounds very positive and shortly it sounds like President will be adding gas sales to their bottom line. Sounds very good with more news to come re drilling plans.

Aminex for the Kiliwani gas sales plus a bit of loose change from somewhere wouldn't half come in handy in buying that 25% of Solo's Ruvuma share back at the moment. Will be interesting to see if the company's can come to some sort of agreement. Do people think Solo will sell out their Ruvuma acreage or do they intend to hold on to it?

Hoping we get some positive and encouraging news for Aminex finally to start making some progress on their projects in Tanzania,

we will get news of how the gas project is going and how soon it will be before the gas is being sold and making a contribution. Fingers crossed for some good news.

are now being squeezed from both the people who need the gas and the people who will be able to produce it. They are therefore under pressure to hurry things up otherwise they are at risk of upsetting three groups of people. Those who need the gas for their businesses, those that need to get drilling asap to supply that gas and the third group any potential investors - o and g companies who are looking at maybe investing in Tanzania in the future. For these reasons I think things are now starting to move more quickly. I really hope so anyway.

morning was that every single negative point was a result of waiting on an action from the Tanzanian government - every other positive was based on Aminex ready to go awaiting approval or gaining a positive once the Tanzanian government give there approval or go ahead re the PSA. I'll have another read later to see if I still feel that way. I wouldn't say it was finger pointing in terms of blame - but in a factual way it seems written in a very black and white negative/positive way. All imho and dyor.

to Falcon Oil and gas will Falcon follow the same route as with the Beetaloo concession i.e. look for a farm out operator like Origin? For a promised free carry on drilling etc?

The size of the gas they are chasing is HUGE!!! Not sure how valuations work when Falcon come to think about selling out their 30% but it should be a pretty amazing uplift from the current sp!
Will only get a better idea as things move forward but this could be massive. Not trying to ramp but that amount of gas is massive. As always DYOR and all imho.

say anything about this but wouldn't it be good if they could confirm they have received the details from the Tanzanian government re the new PSAs and that they are currently reviewing them and what they expect the timescales to be.
At least it would be confirmation and some news and a possible time scale that we haven't had before.

in the financial press to bring this to a wider public's attention. Still think the key point will the results following the extended production test and fingers crossed for that but the wider publicity cannot do any harm.
