2 directors recently accepted shares in settlement of £10k owed to each of them - see extract from RNS date 4 May below. It was not announced what proportion of the debts owed to them were settled in shares; an investor might wonder what percentage of the debt was settled in shares and what percentage was settled in cash from the proceeds of the placing.

I posted a couple of days ago about looking for a niche supplier in the High / Ultra High Voltage power transmission industry. There was an article on The Hill about the need for such a network in the US yesterday. Regardless of who wins the elections the need for investment in the US Grid remains. As the figures run into the high hundreds of billions there will be profits to be made; finding them is hard.
