The accounts state on page 32 that at the end of the financial year:

I am more risk averse than most... You do know that they opened from suspension valued at over £300m and lost over £200m in m/cap in 2 days - an AIM record? And over 30 billion shares in issue; possibly another record?

I had a quick look at the interim accounts - how the market values the company at £44m is beyond me. I would have thought even £4m was overvalued. Some people seem to think that it cannot fall much as it is already a fraction of a penny a share. Those people may be in for a very nasty surprise.

I am waiting for a trade around 3p as I expect the dreamers who bought in on the Covidity RNS to bail as the price drops as people sell as they are expecting a discounted placing. Time will tell but my risk aversion says buying when a placing is expected is not an advised speculating strategy.

Some would consider it to be wiser to crystallise a loss and then buy back in cheaper than hold and watch the value drop even further. Sells before an anticipated placing tend to have a snowball effect.

I did wonder if Greek, Arabic or Chinese numerals would be displayed - evidently not. The last option was a binary at base 2.

The nominal value of a UKOG share is 0.01P, not 0.1p. The share price can decline by another 95% before the BOD have to worry about consolidation to print confetti.
