Thanks... I am going to register. It looks as though PHC are going to need more money and the CEO said today that he will let private investors invest through Primary Bid "if" they raise money again.

"If" means "when" to me, so I am probably going to sell and crystallise my current profit as I am not sure what will drive the price up for a while now.

And Doris though that Big Chief Orange Man was going to give him the free trade deal that would make the EU see how stupid the were not to bow to the superiority of the English.

That worked as well as going for herd immunity or going for a drive to test your eyesight.

Some are expecting him to say that he is pleased to announce that UKOG have successfully raised £5m at 0.1p a share to fund the first drill in Turkey as well as general company working capital needs.

PHC mentioned in their Investor Presentation this afternoon that, as a result of Brexit, they have closed down their UK warehouse and moved their European Operations to Spain. They sell an insignificant amount of product into the UK [mainly targetting potato blight] but as one of the products is used on Premier League football pitches and Championship golf courses good publicity may be lost.

I shall be - I want to see how they address where the money to invest in rolling out PHC279 into Brazil will come from.

I will also be interested in hearing if they make any reference to Brexit impacts as registering products to use in the UK may have become more complicated and there may be some impact on profit margins from any additional expenses relating to importing and exporting between Europe and the UK [if that ever happens].

The Trading Statement includes the sentence "The Company intends to invest in bringing the benefits of PHC279 to growers in Brazil, with initial sales in the second half of 2021."

I will be listening closely for any statements about financing going forward and if existing Private Investors will be invited to participate in any Placing if that is how they raise the money to invest. Hopefully a guide to how much will be needed will also be given. After all, the previous RNS stated:

"The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood."
