What are they making with what seems to be being milked from the company?

I think we all worship banked profit...

I am not expecting that share to drop - it was up nearly 5% today and there should be enough volume to sell the shares I have. The price may even go up some more, but I am a conservative investor and the play book says sell when I see a red flag, so the cash goes back into my SIPP.

I mentioned yesterday that I had recently bought a chunk of SIS shares - unfortunately Brexit seems to have thrown a spanner [a whole toolbox of them] into the works and there are a number of unhappy customers with European sounding names on Trustpilot complaining today about not receiving their orders placed since Brexit kicked off at the beginning of the year.

Hopefully I will not lose the 20% paper profit I am currently up but these Brexit hiccups seem not to be factored in. And I think they import some raw ingredients...

am going to sell them some time tomorrow as the profit pays for food for months.

Most people who invest in an oil prospect want to know about the flow of oil as oil can be sold, but reservoir fluids have disposal costs.

When you know the company and share buying / selling patterns / triggers it helps; and you seem to know that share inside out.

Does anyone know much about Van Elle - interims were out today? For a company that lost 80% of turnover in their first quarter they seem to have done very well in escaping with a small loss in the first 6 months of their financial year. They are well capitalised and should benefit from any building / infrastructure boost post Covid.

At 30% of their 2017 peak they have "peaked" my interest. They are doing an Investor Meet presentation this afternoon [3.30pm] which I will probably watch as they should generate significant free cash flow in any recovery and Boris is going to have to invest his way out of the recent missteps.

If "a high value investor" wanted to build a position it would make more sense to approach the company / broker as a placing seems imminent. Drilling cannot be done in Turkey without the money to pay for it...

I have nothing fundamentally against Conservative or Labour governments, especially when they occupy the centrist ground.

However, incompetent government by those who seek high office really winds me up, especially when they get into office promising one thing and then abuse the trust of voters to deliver something fundamentally different. The CONservatives have been in power for a decade now, so they must own the damages they have created.

2nd time they have changed the date - you would have hoped that they knew the rules the 2nd time around.
